I appreciated Dr. Hubbard's willingness to listen to me and provide advice that took my experience into account. He wasn't locked into a particular outcome for me and was forthcoming about all of my options. Also, as a fat, female patient I was concerned about what type of treatment I might receive. Dr. Hubbard treated me with respect and didn't provide any unsolicited or unnecessary comments about my size. I was also grateful the practice didn't have those awful posters about being too fat that my previous orthopedics practice had. They made me feel extremely unwelcome. Because so much of the check in process was handled ahead of time check in was a breeze and getting to see the doctor was quick and efficient. Dr. Hubbard was very amiable and attentive and we both came to an agreement on the course of my care which I very much appreciated.
