Dr Casella deserves 10 stars!!!He is compassionate and has a magnificent bedside manner.He clarifies details regarding the needed procedure and if surgery is necessary, Dr Casella keeps you informed during the surgery.He is comforting toward his pediatric patients . I cannot say enough compliments regarding Dr Casella. I feel blessed my daughter found him to perform surgery on my granddaughter. She is foing fantastic now , thanks to Dr Casella and his amazing team at National Children's Hospital inn DC!!!

Dr. Casella is kind and doesn't rush. I was pleased that while visiting him in the clinic, he did not recommend avoidable invasive procedures and was willing to consider our family preferences. His staff is also excellent, taking extra time to stay behind with us and explain any concerns.

I do not recommend at all. Most uncoordinated and unpleasant experience ever1. Doctor/Medical communication with the patient/family is 0. They will not contact you at all to explain what the next steps are, you have to chase them leaving voicemails2. If I contact them with a very urgent matter, no real solution is offered in a timely manner. 3. Without previous notification, you get 2 or more appointments for a procedure that was not discussed with Dr Casella - different dates and locationsIt is the duty of the patient to decipher which appointment is correct, why this new procedure vs the discussion you had with the doctor.4. You go to the appointment and we are missing the doctor's order - which we were not instructed to take or even given to us.Bottom line, run! Save yourselves the aggravation and I hope that office gets it together
