Extremely disappointed in my visit. This was my first and last time I would step into this office. The doctor was very short, quick, and didn't really want to review my history. He immediately chalked up my sinus issues to my pregnancy. Said your issues will resolve after birth. I dont think so! And i wont be going back to him. He came in the room with an attitude, like why am i even here... well my OB and PCP sent me saying it wasnt due to the pregnacy. He was aggressive when he quickly examined my nose, ears, and throat, literally something my child could of have done, probably took him 2 seconds. I think the entire appt. Lasted less than 5 min. He made a joke while I was leaving, asking me if I was pregnant with twins!!! So rude and unprofessional. I have anxiety and was ready to run out of there the moment he stepped in.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Lee and his entire team. From allergy testing to surgery scheduling and the recovery process, it has been a complete breeze. Dr. Lee is the most punctual doctor I have ever seen; I never waited past my appointment time, and was usually even seen a few minutes early, which is always appreciated. I would absolutely recommend to anyone considering deviated septum surgery or anyone suffering with allergies to see Dr. Lee and his team. Just days after my procedure, I can breathe better than ever. I regret waiting so long to see an ENT!

Not very friendly. Pushes you out the door. Gave me a test to schedule that is no longer preformed at the location he gave me. Called the office to ask for a new referral and they were unwilling to help. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I don’t know if this doctor was having a bad day, but my appointment was pretty early, so I doubt it. He didn’t even politely greet me and was extremely rude and annoyed, but he gladly billed my insurance and charged me a copay. He jerked my head and neck around when I wasn’t fast enough doing what he asked me to do. He then told me to just use heat and “load up” on Aleve and Motrin, which is really bad advice for anyone, but especially for a patient with serious cardiac issues. He then just took off out of the room while I was still talking to him. I will find another practice to go to in the future.

James Lee is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. His bedside manner is very aggressive! The way he was pushing my head around made me feel like I was an animal! I was extremely uncomfortable and left in the middle of the supposedly examination. If you are a person of color I suggest you stay far away from this place!

Fast and efficient visit. Dr. James was very nice and concerned about any problems I had. Made me feel comfortable in starting my surgery procedure. All staff were friendly. Since my surgery I have been healing really well. I feel better and better every day. I also can notice a HUGE difference in my breathing and am very grateful to Dr. James Lee and all the staff and those that took part in getting my deviated septum straightened along with my turbinates corrected. I am breathing much easier and much more relaxed. Still healing at the moment, but it hasn't even been a month yet and can notice a significant difference.
