I cannot say enough about Dr. Brown and his work. I originally utilized his services in 2006 for breast implants. Almost exactly 18 years later I returned to have my implants replaced and a crescent lift. My experience was AMAZING!!! Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and ensured i was happy! Surgery was quick, recovery even better! I was cleared to workout at my post op 6 days later. I had a lymphatic massage at the one week mark and she raved about how his work was the best she had ever seen! I am 2 weeks post surgery and can’t even tell I had it. Best part is that I am in love with the outcome.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my thoughts regarding Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery. As a registered nurse for 35+ years I was able to call upon colleagues for opinions, references and recommendations in choosing a plastic surgeon. In the DC area there are many fine practitioners. However, I wanted the very best in terms of skill, expertise, experience, and artistry in a surgeon. This standard had to extend to the entire office staff both clerical and nursing and the actual facility itself. After extensive research, interviews, and study, I chose Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery and Dr Michael J Brown . They have exceeded my expectations at every interaction. I expected good results, but I got even better than I had imagined would be possible. If you are in search of the very best, you will find it here. Thank you Dr Brown and team!

I did an extensive search for a plastic surgeon specializing in breast lift and removal of implants. I had a breast lift elsewhere in my 40s w saline implants. I was told I needed implants as I would not have enough breast tissue. I’m 5’1” and have been living with a full C size (not what I wanted) and now sagging for 10yrs. I was tired of having to buy medium size and looking matronly because of my inappropriate bust size. Dr. Brown’s vast expertise in correction of my issue was immediately apparent at my 1st appt. He addressed my needs and understood that I wanted my B size with my own tissue and needed a breast lift again. He took the time to listen to my needs and desired results. His staff was very professional and caring. They accommodated me in every way given I live 2 hrs away. I highly recommend Dr. Brown for his exceptional expertise, his calm reassuring manner and commitment to exceptional results for his patients.

I’m now 10 weeks post-op after a breast lift performed by Dr. Brown. I am so pleased with my results - I should have done this a long time ago. He and his staff took great care of me; there was always somebody ready to answer questions at anytime and I felt well cared for during and after the procedure. Dr. Brown and Amber were very informative about the results I should realistically expect (and why, which was interesting) and they met every expectation. It’s surprising the difference that this has made in my life - how I look, work out, feel, and even comfortably sleep. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My experience with Dr. Brown and his team (big shout out to Nurse Amber!) was, simply put, absolutely perfect. After extensive research, and finally, watching Dr. Brown’s LIVE STREAM of surgeries on YouTube, I made my consultation in August 2020. Upon my initial meeting with Dr. Brown and Nurse Amber I was even more convinced that my choice was correct. Dr. Brown is intensely dedicated to making sure his potential clients understand the entire process from start to finish; the possibilities/realities of the surgery itself; and was more than helpful with any questions I had. My surgery was scheduled before I left the office that day for a little more than four weeks later. I did have a small hiccup with an infection that delayed my initial surgery day, but they had me rescheduled very quickly (within three weeks). The day of my surgery went very well. While I was in smaller, separate space as I seen was stated in a previous review for November, I took that as a sign to keep patients separate for 1) safety (post op infections, etc) and 2) HIPPA rights and regulations. Every nurse, Dr. Brown, and my anesthesiologist came into my space wearing masks and gloves before taking me into surgery. As I write this I’m exactly one week post op from my breast lift and augmentation, and have had no problem reaching out to Dr Brown and his team with any questions I may have had on my road to recovery. Not only would I return to Dr Brown and his team for any future cosmetic work I may wish to have, but trust in him enough that I have already had friends and family members either express a desire to set up a consultation with him, or have already set a date to meet with him and his team based on my experience with him for themselves. Dr. Brown’s bedside manner is heartfelt and kind; his team is amazing; and his dedication to his client(s) in fulfilling their cosmetic needs is steadfast.

I had breast augmentation a week ago and I am BEYOND thrilled with the results. Such a great experience and best decision I have made. Dr. Brown is an excellent surgeon. The entire staff and Amber have been so amazing and supportive!

Dr Brown is the best! He’s been at this for a long time. Friendly and will not suggest anything you don’t need. His aesthetic talents are what separate him out from the rest. His staff are friendly and everyone is professional. He did my upper eyelids and I've had so many compliments, my friends even want to come see him after they saw his work on me. I highly recommend DR Brown, Amanda his Spa director and Amber his Injection specialist. Everyone is so friendly and personable! Make sure you get your consultation with him. And definitely visit the Spa section with Amanda and Amber for injections.

Dr. Brown and his wonderful staff made me feel at home coming in. We went over everything I wanted done for my lift and liposuction to my chin. Amber made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what I would need to be prepared. The day of surgery the staff made me laugh and made sure I was comfortable because I was nervous. I was blown away by how Dr. Brown did more then I could have ever imagined. I am beyond happy with the results and I’m so great full for Dr. Brown and his amazing staff. Thank you so much.
