Dr. Neeta Goel is one of the most extraordinary Doctors we have ever come in contact with! We feel fortunate to have her as our Primary Care. She listens, asks all the right questions, and is super intelligent. There is not enough room here to tell you all the positives! Highly recommend this Doctor and we promise you won't be disappointed!

I really liked Inova Ashburn. I was a little late but Tracy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating and helped get me checked in without a problem. The nurses and Dr. Nguyen were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them and not rushed. They spent the time to get to know me and my history and answer any questions I had about my health. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good primary care Dr.

Dr Neeta Goel is very knowledgeable, she patiently listens to our health issues, answer our concerns and make us feel comfortable. She is some times strict, in asking us to maintain food habits, and do exercises for our healthy living. She remembers our concerns and follows up during our next visit. My wife and I are her patients for the last couple of years, our overall health management has improved after we start seeing this doctor.

I had a doctor appointment at 10:15 and we got there on time. There was one man in front of us who took a long time to check in. After they checked us in we waited for a little while until the lady called us back to the front desk saying that the doctor had gone to a meeting even though I had come on time she said I was late and had to make an appointment for another day.

The front desk are lazy and never do their job right. I'm going to talk to the supervisor there and make sure they know the front desk didn't do their job. Because of their incompetence I have to pay out of pocket $600. They never sent the new insurance to labcorp so my insurance never received the claim. And now it's too late to even fight for it. That's their job to send over my new insurance. How hard is that?!!! If they did their job right then I wouldn't be in this situation. This is the worst business I've ever seen. I've never seen such unprofessionalism laziness and stupidity all at once here. All thanks to their front desk staff.

Dr. Goel will study your history and listen carefully to your problems. Will guide you through your problems one step at a time. I can truly say that she saved my life with the right medication and guidance. Office is in Ashburn and a 30 minute drive from my office but worth every minute.

No patients in waiting room but a very long wait for a nurse. It seems they have all these people just chatting not helping patients!

Horrible. After deciding to draw blood, I waited in the room for half an hour before someone came in. I could hear the staff asking each other whether someone had drawn my blood. Then the nurse goes through my vein (I know this because when I got home, my arm had a welt). And finally, I checked my file online to find out I needed a prescription which I started that day. One week later, Inova calls to say I need a prescription. I told them I already started and they said good thing I checked for myself. Totally unprofessional across the board except for the attending physician, who was visiting. I've already looked at where to go next time so I can avoid this place!!
