Ramandeep M. Dulai's Online Review Report Card

I chose Dr.Dulai for my first pregnancy based on the Aetna Reviews, but it was a big mistake!! She never answered any of my questions and l had to google all of them!! Not even recommended me any prenatal vitamins and l had to do some research and bought them after week 8!! She didn’t pay any attention to my issues! I had abortion anyway but l also feel like she’s kinda negative.

There are so many great things to say about Dr. Dulai. She is one of a kind for sure and Inova should be very lucky to have a provider who goes above and beyond for her patients. She listens to any and questions or concerns you might have and follows up with you. I was over joyed when she was on call for when my husband and I had our first child. She stuck by us and gave us the that comfortable feeling that everything was going to be OK. Thank you Dr. Dalai for everything you do!

As a new patient, I was very disappointed after the appointment with Dr. Dulai. Google had 5 rating but she doesn't even deserve one star. She didn't seem to care about me, a patient, from the beginning by her body language. When I asked her a question about my condition, she had an attitude of "Ok, so what?" or "It is what it is. What do you want me to do?" We had to see a manager after she rolled her eyes as she was walking out of the room which my husband happen to catch! She clearly didn't seem to care for her patients at all!Office staff was good and that's the only reason I gave one star.

The best bed side manner and she really listens to whatever you say. Highly recommend.

Dr dulai is the best doctor ever..love her

I went with my mother to see Dr. Dulai, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor (and person in general). She constantly talked down to my mother as if my mother should've known what was wrong with her body (as if we weren't there to get a consultation and check-up). She made me feel stupid for going to a doctor in the first place - and I wasn't even the patient. A doctor shouldn't make patients feel as though they are ashamed for coming in to ask for help on a very serious matter involving my mother's health. She also constantly made it seem as though the miscommunication between my mother's old doctor and her was my mother's fault - which in no way it was. After our few minutes with her were up (my mother and I honestly stopped talking to her because we felt as though we were wasting our time), as Dr. Dulai walked out, she rolled her eyes at us. I think that says enough about how much she cares about her patients.

I just had the worst OB experience with Dr. Dulai. This is my first pregnancy, and although Dr. Dulai is not my regular OB, I ended up seeing her because my OB was not available that day. Dr. Dulai came into the room and immediately told me that I was a super complicated case with a lot of problems. She peppered me with questions about why I even got pregnant in the first place when I should have been (but wasn’t) advised by an Inova surgeon years ago that my UFE meant I couldn’t/shouldn’t get pregnant. She told me all the risks I face (which I already know) because of my fibroids, and her whole manner was flippant and condescending. Unlike my experiences with my OB and MFM, Dr. Dulai used all kinds of “medicalese” in what seemed to be an intentional attempt to confuse me. She apparently thought I was a pushover or ignorant b/c she seemed surprised when I was able to directly answer of all of her questions, as I am not only very informed/involved in my healthcare, but also an attorney.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Dulai - I have been seeing her for many years - friendly, personable, smart, collaborative - I know I am in excellent hands.

Dr. Dulai has been wonderful! Even though I started seeing her towards the end of my pregnancy, she explains everything so well and is very patient with you! I would recommend her to anybody!!

Dr. Dulai was fantastic. I had my first appointment and annual with her today. I did a lot of research before settling on this practice and very happy with the results. She personable, informative, attentive, and totally accepting. I always dread these appointments and won't have to anymore!. I was the only appointment today so didn't have any wait. The office staff was great and personable.Since i brought it up, I think it's important to note the treatment of office staff and the admin type service is important but the review of the doctor is the most critical. For this type of personal care, the doctor's services are the most important thing and she was on point. I will not that the technology interfaces seem to be pretty up-to-date and user friendly. I liked that i could schedule a NEW appointment through the web without having to call and answer a bunch of questions over the phone.
