Appointments are on time and Dr Maragh is great. I have also been seen by PA Rana, and she is also great. Staff are friendly and responsive. I have moved and could be seen by a closer doctor, but worth the extra travel time to remain with her.

Mohs surgery. I saw a very small indentation on my cheek that was not previously there. Went to Maragh, who said it was nothing. I had to talk her into doing a biopsy (should have been my first clue). Turned out, it tested positive and I needed Mohs surgery. Maragh did the Mohs & left a huge lumpy scar in the middle of my cheek under my eye. So bad. Had to have revision surgery on the scar by another surgeon and he did the best he could. It is still QUITE obvious and embarrassing. Still looks like I was mauled, just not as bad. She also limited the number of laser treatments on the scar after the Mohs surgery. Further, I kept receiving invoices even though I was paid in full and called their billing dept each time. Just when I thought it was cleared up, I started receiving invoices again. Wrote a letter w/my documented calls and proof and, finally, stopped receiving invoices. Stay Away. It was a nightmare experience that I am reminded of everyday when I look in the mirror.

Dr. Maragh is always kind,empathetic and very thorough. She emphasizes my part in keeping myself healthy and always offers encouragement of my efforts.

Have been a long time patient but the service from the staff has deteriorated to a horrible place over the past few years. It is nearly impossible to get through by phone and no one calls back when you leave a message. Some of the staff have a harsh demeanor in the treatment room with patients. I recently tried to give a member of the staff feedback about the overall bad patient experience and it was obvious she did not care at all. Now moving on to a new dermatologist.

Appointments are rescheduled without input. Impossible to connect to a person in the office, and if you can actually get through to someone they don't care at all that they have been non-responsive. Very dismissive attitude towards patients in general.

Dr. Maragh is always personable and professional. She listens to my concerns and checks them out. Her office staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and the waiting room is clean. Wait times are acceptable.

Dr. Maragh saw me right away with explanation of the procedure to be performed. She and her team worked very efficiently to correct the issue with my hand. I feel that she did an excellent job in a very timely manner.

Office staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Maragh is attentive and thorough.

Always a nice visit with Dr Maragh and Staff With successful results. I have recommended them to my friends.

I had an appointment for a body scan for 3 months, scheduled my own work and work travel around it. Then less than 24 hours before, I get a call canceling my appointment because my appointment day is apparently an "open house" or "cosmetic" day and they are not seeing patients for medical purposes." It totally messed up my work schedule and I had declined work travel because of it. less than 24 hours of notice after having waited 3 months. And the excuses on the phone that it was this department or that department. horrible way to do business. When I tried to call and find out what went on, I spent 15 minutes on hold and then was transferred around a bit with everyone pointing the fingers at each other. unacceptable. GOING ELSEWHERE.
