After waiting a month and a half for a physical appointment, I received a call today, a day before my appointment to be told that they are canceling my appointment because the Dr. has a meeting. Ok, I understand things come up. She then proceeded to tell me that the Dr. has nothing available and will be going on maternity leave in mid February so they can’t schedule another appointment. Working in a very busy dental office, I know if I’m calling a patient to cancel their appointment, I’m making time for them at their convenience no matter if I have any availability or not. Super unprofessional and irresponsible, and very rude front desk.

I just had my initial visit and was very impressed. I recently moved back into the area and was on the search for a new Dr. Dr Pylpko was recommended by a friend and I am very happy. I have not really ever had a Dr I felt took the time to really listen to me. Dr Pylpko actually listened and has a wonderful & calming presence. I would highly recommend her !

The team in this office does not return phone calls. I have left numerous messages on the nurses' line and have not received a call back. This gives the impression that they don't care.

Dr. Polypko is a very professional and competent doctor. She takes the time to talk and listen and really understand medical issues. She is thoughtful, considerate, and kind. Even though I don't really like going to the doctor in general, Dr Polypko always makes it enjoyable. I would trust her with any medical situation for me and my family. I give her the highest recommendation.

Dr Pylypko listens to her patients and genuinely cares about their well being. She is an excellent physician and has been my primary care provider for last 3 years.

Dr. Pylypko was very professional and appeared extremely knowledgeable. She was friendly and although she had a busy schedule seemed willing to spend whatever time was necessary. I will continue to use her as long as she stays in the Ashburn office.
