They didn’t answer the phone until 7pm when I was trying to check on my brother, and when they actually did answer they wouldn’t tell me anything about how he was doing for the day. They barely came and checked on him or gave him anything he needed the only way he got it is if we called over and over to ask for him, sometimes that wouldn’t even work. They didn’t let him speak to us for two whole days when we asked him why he said they wouldn’t let him call which was very uncalled for considering we wasn’t even allowed to see him for 11 days (covid) when he’s use to seeing someone everyday. This facility is a joke most of them who work there is lazy, every time we would ask to speak to his nurse she was on break. One of the CNA in there was even discussing her patients with outside people violating HIPPA, that’s just the half of it. This facility needs to be shut down.

I was admitted to this facility on Oct 28th. The staff was very professional and compassionate. I was recovering from a auto accident that broke both my legs . I'm telling the truth when I say that this facility and all other essential workers are Gods gaurdian angels . They provided me with the best care. The staff made me feel like family . The rehabilitation team or I should say awesome staff worked with me to get to walk again . The Administration made sure all not just my own needs were met. I love you'll with my heart . God bless and stay safe . 🙏💛❤️

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants peace of mind while their family member or friend stays here for awhile. The therapy team is awesome and has an upbeat, positive approach to becoming as independent as possible. Hope you check it out! 💗

Wonderful group of staff and residents. They are weathering the pandemic well by supporting each other 24 hours a day every day. Residents and staff alike are heroes in my book.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Not one thing that we were told has been truth. Corporate/administration says one thing and then changes it within a few minutes. You can not get any help from the administration except for Jackie Beaman and JDAtwell. If you have a loved one needing nursing home care, please choose a different facility.

I am a proud product of this facility.they are very caring loving and compassionate they kept me going they would not let me give up the staff all around is an amazing staff and I would recommend this facility to anybody that needs physical rehabilitation or nursing home care I have had nurses hold my hand and tell me every thing is going to be alright when I was scared if I could give this facility more that 5 stars I would these are not employees taking care of patients they make you their family and that's what counts.
