I have had Dr Fiore as my primary physician for over 20+ years. I am 64 with several medical issues, so I have seen a large number of doctors. Dr Fiore is thorough and spends the time needed to give me the individual treatment that patients deserve. He is patient, friendly, and goes above and beyond for his patients. He listens carefully to your concerns and if he can’t help you, which is not very often, he doesn’t hesitate to refer you to someone who can. I have chosen to follow him when he has decided to relocate his practice. I also see several specialist and Dr Fiore remains on the top of my list as the best knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Dr Fiore. He’s one of a kind, especially these days when people are dealing with so many health concerns. Having a trust worth doctor these days means everything. Dr Fiore definitely fits that description.

We travel nearly an hour to see him. Worth the drive. Be patient, he’s a busy doctor who will spend extra time with his patients if needed.... but that means for you too. Patient care is what you will find here.

We came with him when he moved from an office in Fredericksburg to Culpepper. We (me and my daughters)drive nearly an hour to see him and although he is a busy doctor and sometimes our appointment time can be late, he never rushes us and takes time to hear everything. I like that he takes his time with you and throws a little humor in there as well!!! Have no complaints about his ability and knowledge. The way the office is ran is a little different have waited more than a hour on more than a couple of times!!! This I fill has no Bearing on his part !!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. So the only gripe I have is the waiting time. This Covid-19 has really screwed up everything!!!

Originally went to see this "physician" to be my primary care physician. After my initial visit I kept seeing his assistant. I figured Fiore was booked and didn't complain but I never saw him again. When I asked to speak with him personally in July 2020, I was once again pawned off on his physician assistant and told by Fiore, that I have been seeing him since March '19. So I had been pawned off on the PA for well over a year and never notified about it. Class act; not very ethical to pull on any patient. Find another doctor, he's hot garbage; you can and will do better.
