Only giving one star because I have to. Horrible service. Showed up with cramping and spotting while pregnant. Have sat here for 7 HOURS. After messed up labs messed up transfer paper work and horrible wait time. I will NEVER come back again. TERRIBLE 1010
This place was wonderful with taking care of my dad the nurses and drs. Wer very caring we so much appreciate them
Waiting on an mri for well over an hour while everyone else is getting to go straight back. When asked when I would be seen no one had an answer. So much for this test I needed done. Ill have my doctor reschedule at a hospital where theyre competent. Extremely disappointed in yall wasting my time for nothing.
I was scheduled for CT scan at at set time. I arrived on time checked in and began waiting along side 7 other people who also were there for a CT scan. While waiting an 8th walks on just in time to hear that the radiology person was pulled to the ER so What they only have one? This is ridiculous and who knows how long Ill be sitting here. There is a sign saying to stay 6 feet apart but thats a joke with the amount of people stuck here waiting. And to top it off I have to pay for this. Should have chosen a better place like Kingsport the drive over would have been worth it
I know why Lonesome Pine Hospital ER ratings are so bad. I got checked in at 10am put in a room at 1015am and sat in there for 2 hours and no one I mean no one ever checked in on me. And when I walked out to the ER desk everyone had gone to lunch.
I arrived by ambulance on valentines day with bills pressure that barley registered. The emergency staff immediately began to treat me. Bless the nurses who tried to get blood. I was so dehydrated that they had to stick and stick. It took all of them the phlebotomist and medical technology staff to get enough blood to work me up. After all the tests I was admitted. The staff on the second floor took extremely good care of all my needs. My diagnosis was a uti and I was septic. My Dr convinced my daily that I needed to stay. And that was a job. After 3days I was discharged. Feeling much better. Only have good things to say about my stay. They are excellent

Rude doctors and nurses that could care less about the well being of a patient
This hospital is a joke. Id personally recommend going anywhere but here. I went in with horrible congestion sore throat and a painful stopped up ear. They did a strep swab. The doctor came in and looked at my throat and ears. Your ears look fine. And then asks if they did a swab on my throat. I tell him yes and he says hes going to go look at it and he never comes back. A woman comes in and gives me my discharge papers and a perscription for antibiotics.Never had my chest listened to at all started the antibiotics yesterday. My ear and everything else is getting worse quickly.Im just upset and feel that I didnt get the help I needed.
I was in the area from out of town and had to be seen here. The staff was very friendly I didnt have to wait long at all and the doctor was very friendly down to earth and helpful. I hate going to the hospital especially during these uncertain times but I had to go and Im glad I went. They were helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
