I was seeing Dr. Brown at the Roanoke Office for my HS and she was wonderful. I been seeing Dr. Garofola and he is wonderful too. Started seeing him because Dr. Brown is only at the Roanoke location once a week. They both are wonderful and I miss seeing Dr. Brown.

Dr. Brown is truly an amazing physician! I had an emergency due to a procedure performed at another facility. I called on a Friday (after they had stopped seeing patients for the day) for help. After hearing my concerns and knowing the risk to me if something wasn’t done quickly, she stayed after hours to take care of me. Her knowledge, skills, and kindness were all displayed that day. I will be forever grateful for her. She went above and beyond, and I can truly say I’ve never met a provider with the compassion she has. Thank you, Dr. Brown.

I first saw Dr. Brown in February 2017. I was having a complete skin check...... I had several moles that were of concern. Upon first meeting her, I could tell that she cares deeply about her patients and is passionate about what she's doing. Arrogant, argumentative, unwilling to learn new approaches to treatment. Phototherapy is listed as one of her specialties, but when I inquired about it, , using uv ray treatment as a possible remedy, she said she had never heard of it. Then she said that was used in a tanning bed, and she wasn't about to buy a tanning bed, just for me. Her attitude was dismissive and her arrogance was only exceeded by her ignorance. She needs to talk less and listen more. I left in tears, and will not be back.
