Excellent care and service from all: Dr. Mitchell, Emily and Emily, Alex (I think?), and especially Julie for her quick and expert assistance in selecting new frames. Great visit.

If someone pays for 3 sets of color contacts it's not your right to choose when they get those three colors they paid for it's there contacts now that they paid for them so give them 3 sets don't try to tell them you can only get 1 set at a time I've already paid for all three...

Blacksburg Eye Associates is always great to work with. Not only do I get a comprehensive eye exam but they also assist me with glasses issues, even if I didn’t purchase them there. Their customer service is stellar.

I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been going for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Dovie is a wonderful doctor. He has helped me so much with problems that I have with my eyes. All of my family have switched to Dr. Dovie and are very happy with him.

All the Staffs were really friendly. Doctor and technician were very patient and did through check up. Dr. Mitchell was very knowledgeable and nice. Overall I will give 9/10.
