When I had a visit the other night one night there Ed staff one of the nurses He was a big bully to myself He was so rude to me and rolled his eyes when he walked away from me . I know I might come in a lot but he is rude That’s what you call being a bully and rude I wished I could have got his name

The most difficult part of the HCALewis Gale experience was their repetitive and inefficient PreRegistration I was only there for a echocardiogram. Skip as much of PreReg as you can save your effort for Inperson. Dont pay up front wait to Inperson.Once in the Hospital my visit was smooth I was innout in less than an Hour. Echo Technician was very nice with good communication.

All of the doctors and nurses were so kind and helpful through my time there. Dr. Tate was so nice and so funny it really helped me have a positive attitude during a hard experience. As a college student going in for chest pain I was sure that they would not take me as seriously but I was wrong. They were concerned did the appropriate tests and found exactly what was wrong. I’m sure I would not have gotten as attentive of care if I went elsewhere.

Ambulance driver should try out for NASCAR. ER staff was well prepared. I am a Doctor so not easy to impress but Lewis Gale got it right all the way down the line.I would recommend their service and staff to anyone.

It’s never fun going to a hospital or ER but of all the ones I’ve been to for myself and others Lewis Gale is definitely the best. The staff is so friendly and professional and it always feels like they care. Thank you to all of the staff for what you have done for the community over the last 18 months
