Amazing Dr. She cares for the whole patient not just the current condition. She goes out of her way to meet the patients needs. Was my daughter doctor and she loved to go see her.

As a new patent you never want to feel like a bad parent when you try your hardest to do everything right! Dr Tobey is so understanding and patient with the kiddos. She never seems to be rushing through it and takes the time to really listen and understand any issues at hand no matter how unimportant they may seem. I've seen other doctors and each time I leave I feel like Ive done something wrong. Scares me half to death that I'm not doing enough for my child! Dr Tobey makes me feel so comfortable! She is not demeaning to the parents at all! I love this doctor! My son does too!
