I am extremely grateful to Dr. Farhi and her staff. I recently had cataract surgery and for the first time in over 40 years, I no longer have to wear glasses. While other doctors could have performed the procedure, Dr. Farhi added a level of comfort to the entire experience. I trust her completely with my vision.

I wouldn't even give this office one star if that was an option. My granddaughter has waited 2 1/2 months to see this specialist due to a potentially serious issue. They waited until the day of the appointment to call and say that they don't take her insurance? Seriously? Now she'll have to wait at least this long again to see another specialist! Completely unacceptable!

extremely long wait only to find out that the office staff had skipped me and went on to several other patients. So long that I for went the exam and elected to go to another doctor's office completely. Dr. Farhi called to apologize, however her staff makes it very hard to want to go back.

This review is for my mother. She had cataract surgery on her eyes by Dr. Parisa Farhi and was very pleased with the work she did and said how very nice everyone was to her. She highly recommends them.

I definitely would recommend Dr. Farhi for cataract surgery. Dr. Farhi performed my surgery at the NRV Surgical Center, Radford. I found Dr. Farhi, her office staff, and surgical center to be responsive to my concerns and questions. They were caring and very professional.

Took my mom to her office yesterday for a catarack evaluation. First, I was not aware that this evaluation would take approximately 2-3 hours. Since my mom has dementia, it would have been very helpful to know this ahead of time so we could be prepared. Mom was fidgety, confused, upset, it was just an overall bad experience for both of us. I let Dr Fahri know that we weren't expecting to be there that long, and she explained that an evaluation typically does last a couple of hours. I mean, why we would we automatically know that? However, the staff there was very kind to Mom, as was Dr Fahri. Now I only hope the surgery, as well as future follow up appointments, will go well.

I've been a patient for 4+ years. Dr. Farhi knows her stuff where special vision issues are concerned. She has expertly monitored my condition and kept me feeling at ease. However, in those 5 years, I have only experienced ONE appointment where getting finished in a timely manner occurred. I don't know where the breakdown is in scheduling/ executing appointments, but I strongly advise making your visit here the last thing on your schedule because you WILL be running late otherwise. **ammendment** My last 2 appointments have run more smoothly so I feel it only right to acknowledge that *something has changed and the general flow of the office seems to be improving.

I just had RIGHT eye cataract surgery and going back next week for my LEFT eye cataract surgery! Dr. Farhi is extremely friendly, kind, really interested in you as an individual, and is an EXCELLENT surgeon. I had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with the kind staff as well. I HIGHLY recommend the PARISA FARHI, MD. & STAFF office. They really do care about you as a patient!

My mother had cataract surgery and Dr. Fathi was absolutely phenomenal, my mother can see clearly again and is quite satisfied with the people and service.
