Dr. Young is extremely nice and she takes the time to hear ur concerns she explains things very clearly I really like her ,she is new but she very sweet very nice and more importantly just as concerned as u are about ur medical and health We honestly need more Doctors like her ! She has done way more in one first time visit then my primary I had for years all in just ONE VISIT Thank you Dr. Young !!

The place is very nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Claire young is absolutely amazing! I'd recommend her to EVERYONE. She is attentive and truly listens.

I am an elderly citizen. I was very disappointed with services. I waited two months for an appointment only to be told upon arrival that the appointment had been cancelled. Never received a call or notification of the cancellation. I asked the receptionist if she could re-schedule. She handed me a phone number on a sticky note and informed me to call the number for another appointment. I called the number and received a "sorry the number you called is not in service". I returned to the building and informed the receptionist that the number given me was not valid. Two staff searched and gave me a second sticky note with a phone number. I could not believe it but it was the same number given to me previously. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT PLACED MY HEALTH AT RISK!!!

Had an appointment which took 3 weeks to get. I was prescribed medication, but they never entered the order to the pharmacy. I am at 2 day after the appointment and they said they "might get it in tomorrow" I also got hung up on when I asked to speak to the nurse's supervisor. Very rude on the phone and poor service.

Tried to make a appointment on 8/23/21 told me 9/14/21 was the soonest they could see me. I have a bone infection in my jaw from a surgery years ago. I just need some antibiotics. If you value your health deal with someone else. If I had to wait on them id be dead!

I want to thank the team here! They are very polite and make the process seamless! I also want to shout out Dr. Egelston! He was incredibly thorough and passionate about getting to the root cause of the problem. You can tell he really cares. I immediately moved my entire family to his practice and my daughter already has an appointment with him. Thank you again everybody.

Very disappointed. The doctor did not listen to me and had an arrogant attitude. She prescribed a medication that was contraindicated for other medical condition. The cost of initial visit was expensive even with medicare coverage. Will not return.
