I walked in at 7:54pm worried the staff would be unhappy to see me at quitting time but it was just the opposite. Thank you to Heather Harris and Ariana Willis for helping me with a needed tetanus shot and antibiotic prescription after a stray cat bite. These ladies are wonderful! Thanks to Molly too !

First visit. I would only use this location as a last option if at all. The Dr. that treated me was either over worked or new at the profession. Did not listen, was not compassionate, and truly rude. When I stated that a certain medicine did not work for me the doctor immediately replied that it does work, if you take them as prescribed. Assuming that I did not take them as prescribed. I go to the doctors office for help when I’m sick and not to be humiliated.

The nurse and the practioner were very nice and when they said I needed to go to er for my treatment tried to help initiate a refund. but lady at desk said no. so in essence paid $40 for no services rendered. I would appreciate this being corrected.

The staff at Med Express did a great job. The wait time to be seen was minimal and the care was great. Their was an issue on the VA side with verifying VA payment. The front office lady Jennifer Gibson spent over 20 minutes contacting various VA numbers she was referred to Beckley VA trying to keep me from having to pay extra. She really went above and beyond for myself and the other veterans that were referred to Med Express by the VA for treatment that day. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

fairly quick in and out. impressed with physician especially specific questioning after she read my med list. very observant in my view. vitals lady was given my med list with allergies. she asked me if i had any allergies. wierd that all electric plugs were not covered with child protective covers but one and even one of the otoscope plug in (5 feet off the floor) had one cover. there was a biologic dried on the door handle inside the door.
