Horrid place. I had to cancel an early apptment due to a covid outbreak at work. They said they would call to reschedule. No such thing. They really care about the patients. Thank God they didn't call me back. Will look for help someplace that cares. Oh no answering service or machine. Less than 1 star from me.
Staff was great but, Ahmad Syed was not. He was very rude and had terrible bedside manners. Would not recommend going to him.
I was so sick when I was referred to him I really thought I was going to die. I was so weak I couldn't hold my head up. Turns out all these years I had undiagnosed Lupus. He got me started on medications that saved my life. I honestly believe he saved my life. But, I will say he is blunt... if you want a Dr that's going to suck up to you it's not him. He is serious about his work. But, he is a very good Physician and I'm thankful for him
Absolutely abysmal office personal. Office Manager hung up in the middle of a conversation while requesting a follow up appointment. At first I thought she was disconnected but when I called back she refused to come to the phone.
He misdiagnosed me with fibromyalgia in 2015 and prescribed me duloxetine, which conflicted with another medication I was taking. I spent a total of four days on two occasions in the hospital and haven't been able to work since. I am now disabled with complex central nervous system issues as a result of Serotonin Syndrome and adrenal issues. When I came to him after the hospitalizations, he refused to see me any longer and this was far before I connected the dots. He knew, I think. He knew. I just wish I had known.
The doctor has a very poor bedside manner and is condescending. His office manager, believe it or not, is even worse. She is rude, lacks empathy, and has a terrible disposition with patients. She will refuse to talk to you or let the doctor talk to you. She will hang-up on you for follow-up calls and generally treat you as less than human. Please, please, avoid this office at all costs. If the next office is an hour or two away, do yourself a favor and make the drive.
His officer manager is absolutely horrendous. She hangs up on patients, is extremely rude, and is verbally abusive to other staff that work under her. The office manager is void of empathy or compassion and should not work in this field--or any field with human beings for that matter. I was refused the ability to even speak with the doctor or leave him a message so do not expect to be treated with ...
I went to Ahmed with terrible pain in both feet! After injections in both feet, twenty four hours later, both feet are feeling so much better!!Thanks Again, I appreciate so much your help in this health problem! Don’t know how long it will last but my feet are much better thus far!
Dr. Ahmed is absolutely, hands down the most condescending, egotistical, disrespectful health care professional I have ever had the displeasure of sharing an exam room with. He barely examines you, doesn't listen to you at all; rude, snide remarks to just about anything you have to say. He spouts off questions with zero reguard to whether you are answering them or not, because he asks them again immediately afterwards. He does not take into consideration your test results, physical symptoms or basically the fact that you are even sitting in front of him existing. After the 8 second exam he begrudgingly performed his back was turned to me the remainder of the visit talking so low that it was barely above a whisper and remained irritated with me when I asked him to repeat any information or clarify anything he said. Prescribed medications so haphazardly that I actually had no idea how many prescriptions he had sent to my pharmacy much less what they were or what they were even for. Poor attitude, poor ethic, money hungry! If you are referred to see this doctor run as fast as you can in the other direction. I would never recommend anyone to waste their time seeing this man.
Dr. Ahmad was in the middle of an ultrasound and had me prepped for a procedure. I have been very sick... he had to stop right in the middle because i almost passed out. He was very nice, caring and understanding. His staff is great!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
