Dr. Dapena took time to ask questions and listen to what I had to say. He didn't rush. When I called the office for him a week later, he actually called me back himself and stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes talking about my concerns.

Dr. Dapena and the staff have that caring disposition that’s impossible to find anymore. I’m very skeptical when it comes to doctors, I’ve been a problem patient and some doctors truly don’t like me because I’m the kind that asks questions. Dr. Dapena makes me feel respected not judged I’m so glad to have found them!

I was a patient of Dr DaPena for several years and have not ever fully felt as though he was an advocate for my health or well being. I have recently given up on things getting better and sought another primary care physician.

Dr. DaPena is always readily available to answer questions or address concerns. His staff are helpful and friendly. I have been his patient for almost five years and have nothing but good things to say about the level of treatment I have consistently received.

My husband's elderly parents have Dr. Dapena as their primary care doctor. They like him and trust him. With their permission, he has also contacted my husband to keep him up-to-date on what is going on with them. Not many doctors take the time out of their busy schedules to call a family member and I think it shows a great amount of concern and care on his part.

Horribly rude staff. Had no idea why we went in to see them. Does not have any knowledge of the Zika virus and said it wasn't that big of a deal, even for people that have been to Zika countries and thinking about having kids. Go to another doctor that is up to date on current issues and doesn't have his head in the sand.

Had no idea why I was there, even after telling me to come back after my trip for testing. Had no idea what type of tests his lab was capable of. Made me come back a second time because he wasn't ready for the main reason I came in to begin with. Seemed to be unorganized and confused about things. Don't go! Look elsewhere!

Had no idea about the risks, transmission, testing or at risk groups related to Zika virus and about how Zika affects couples thinking about starting a family. Turn on the news, read some literature and get a clue! Definately would not recommend him, go find someone that cares enough to stay up to date on current medical issues and isn't stuck in the past.
