This practice will steal your money. Time to move on and not be belittled , disrespected and robbed by the staff and billing department of this practice. They ask you to pay hundreds of dollars more when the insurance confirms that's not what we are suppose to pay. I even offered for insurance company to call them and they refused. They told me if I don't pay the amount they are giving me in advance they will cancel my upcoming appointment. This has happened to my husband and I ( both his patients) a few times. If you ask them questions, they get rude and hang up on you. So sad because I actually do like DR McBride himself but getting past his office is like going through hell, as long as you are willing to not question the charges, accept their rudeness and robbery you will be fine. At this point I have decided no more and have chosen another doctor.

I waited more than two mo this for my appointment. I tried to submit the information they requested online, but their portal was down. I called multiple times to get this rectified but no one returned my voicemail. Two days before the appointment, I was called and informed my information was missing. I let them know I had called about the portal. They really-opened it and asked I simply put in my information before the visit. I agreed. The next day (the day before visit, a work day) they called at 915am and said I only had until 2pm that day to submit my paperwork. They then cancelled my appointment at 1030am, not even giving me until there sudden new deadline. I lost two months I could’ve been working in my symptoms with another doctor.

Outstanding doctor, outstanding care. So good, that even though we moved across the states, we will continue to return to VA to see him.

My husband has billing issues with Dr. Mcbrides office going back to November 2021. He has contacted the office many times and not received any explaniation. My husband has asked to speak to the billing office and they refuse to give him the number. We have neither received a call or statement from the office. Of course they demanded the funds up front. Which we paid and are owed a refund on the services because of the cost BCBS covered were greater that what we owe the provider. We have contacted our insurance company for assistance in this matter. BCBS contacted the office and only reached a recording. BCBS was concerning about Dr. McBride's billing operations.

Fantastic Dr., really takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns as a patient and does everything possible to help you and fix your problems. He explains everything in a way that makes it very easy to understand and makes you feel empowered in your care journey. He is a Dr. for the right reasons and puts his patients first. Can't say enough about my experiences here, he has helped me tremendously over the last several years.

Extremely personable, answered all questions thoroughly, and clearly very intelligent and thoughtful. My appointment was right on time and I never felt rushed.

He treats everyone respectfully and takes all the time necessary to make certain that all of your questions are answered. He is thoughtful and willing to admit when he is uncertain of something. I can’t think of a doctor in the area that I trust more.

Horrible front desk staff, that punish people who aren't tech computer savvy making them wait 8+ months for further testing once a cancer marker came back +. They are nuts and very, very spiteful front desk ladies. It's a shame the dr can't find any decent help that doesn't gossip about the patience and make nasty faces at the patience.

I have had an appointment scheduled for almost two months after being referred here by another doctor...I am very ill, and had asked to be seen as soon as possible, but two months was the best they could offer. And today, I wake up to an email saying my appointment was canceled after waiting said two months. I called the office to request they reinstate my appointment and the best I was offered was to wait again for an appointment. And the receptionist who spoke with me today seemed very unconcerned about the fact that I am upset. I am very upset with the way this was handled. Thanks so much for this awful experience!!

Poor customer I had an appointment today at 5pm I told them that I didn't have the full payment for a phone call appointment, I was very disappointed with there customer service instead of working with me on payment options they just basically (who cares if you don't have money i can't see you) Thanks I work in the dental field and I've never seen such poor customer service I'll make sure people know about this very disappointed in the staff and Doctor I hope this is not how you run your practice if so this very sad.
