List of Ken L Moles's Reviews
Burke family practice was taken over by a big corporate company called Privia. They seem to only care about taking your money. Look for another practice. They have some nice Dr's and Nurses but the admin staff and their system is down right misguided. PS, they deleted their main Google business page because of bad reviews now they only show doctor profiles. Nice try Privia!
I came in and told Dr. Moles I was confident I had strep throat. Instead of testing me, he told me I didn't, and that I should "suck it up for a few days" and my symptoms would get better. Two days later, when I went to urgent care, the doctor told me it was the worst case of strep he'd ever seen. Dr. Moles refused to listen to me or take my pain seriously.
There is no part of this practice I do not like and dr. Moles is kind, caring and knowledgable. He spends time at each visit talking and actually getting to know his patients as a complete person...not just a body part. Highly recommend him. I have35 years experience as RN and am very picky. Not only is Dr. moles the best, his office staff is professional and efficient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
