Really the most amazing doctor I’ve seen (well she sees my child). If I had grown up with her as a doctor, I probably would be more willing to go to my own doctors appointments 😳❤️

I would give a zero star if I could !! Unless you're child is an existing patient, do not waste your with this woman. I am amazed by all the good reviews for Stacey Staats. All I saw was an uppity woman with no empathy what so ever and seemed so unpleased to see us. My son was having a high grade fever over the weekends and had to give him Motrin for a few times. It did not seem to go away. So I stopped by to have him examined. The first thing she said was "NOT HELLO ...she said ..you know you're going to wait for more than an hour for me to see you and we were like noooo... we didn't know but okkk....Then she goes "are you going to switch practice or are you going to use us as urgent care ? and I replied no we're not switching ( we might if you weren't such a nasty person) just here to get him checked because his pediatrics does not work on weekends .She said "yeah you're basically going to use us as urgent care .Well it's still going to be an hour. At that point we were so disgusted by her got up and left. Cleary not equipped to see my son and certainly not worthy of my money !! Ladyyyy if you're not happy seeing new patients say so on your website. No one is interested to see your arrogant face.

You truly can’t find better than Dr. Staats. She takes her time with you, treats you like a friend while building a relationship, considers all aspects of the child’s history and keeps up, is responsive, and conservative with treatment. One of a kind and one of the reasons I’d consider staying in the area longer.

Dr. Statts is fantastic. My son has been very lucky to have her great care.

Dr. Staats is amazing! Loved her! She's very respectful and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Was very happy with our experience!!!

Dr Staats is fabulous. She's compassionate, a great listener and a fabulous doctor. I trust my kids in her care and never feel rushed through appointments. Highly recommend-she's as best as they come.

I've been taking all 3 of my kids to Dr. Staats since they were born. We've been seeing her for 7 years now and have had a wonderful experience with every well check and sick visit. She talks to my kids with such care and concern that they always leave feeling like her best buddy. As a new mom she was very patient and comforting with me when I would call after hours. I trust her immensely with the health of my kids. If anything is "off" during a well visit, she has always been very clear and calming when explaining what she's observed. My kids absolutely love her and her office staff. The front desk is efficient and helpful, the nurses are kind and caring, and very quick with any shots kiddos may need. I'm very grateful to have found a doctor my kids think is a treat to go visit.

Dr. Staats is amazing. I'm so glad my children get to have her as their pediatrician. She is so warm and caring. She's always thorough with her exams and never rushes. The office and some of the tools are outdated, but don't let that phase you. You will receive excellent care!
