Doctor Jeffrey Irwin and staff were great! Definitely highly recommend here! Thanks again!
Very helpful him and his staff
Dr smith has always been wonderful stuff is very nice!
I love Dr. Smith. He has been my pcp for a few years now and I can see why his patients follow him where he goes. I love Sheri in front office who goes above and beyond to assist myself so much that I brought my husband over and she is amazing as well.
Dr. Smith and his staff are awesome! I've had him as my PCM for the last 2 years. By far, the most understanding doctor I've ever had!
My first experience with this facility was via virtual visit with Dr. Smith. He was great but that was going off a visit over the phone. Unfortunately with covid finding a primary dr was difficult and they are a bit of a drive, luckily the care and quality of staff makes up for all of it. The nurse who took my vitals was sweet and personable. Dr. Smith has a great balance of sense of humor and professional care. He did not want to throw me on medications and wanted to get down to the bottom of my problem which was a refreshing view point considering previous Drs prescribed medications after one visit and no tests. Unfortunately, even though in the end I had to be on medications, he answered all of my questions and made it an easy experience. I have been recommending him to family and friends regardless of the drive being a little bit of a ways. Quality is hard to find, but this facility is a shining example of good work ethics and good patient relationships.
This is by far the worst medical facility I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a patient here for over a year. On numerous occasions have I had issues getting calls back, valid information, scheduling appointments, etc. Although Dr. Stone is great, the way the office is ran is HORRIBLE. I called just this past Monday to schedule a TDAP vaccine and was told I would receive a call back. It’s been a week, still no call back. Just to schedule a simple, routine vaccine!! And I am an existing patient. My husband was seeing Dr. Smith, who he was pleased with. But again, no labs explained or follow ups from nurses after taking blood, and running tests. I just don’t understand how you can be so negligent when it comes to the health of others. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The physicians are great, but will continue to lose business if the logistics can’t be handled more efficiently.
The last two times I've been there Dr Eddie Smith spent literally 20 seconds with me and then asked that I see the nurses down the hall. No explanation of what he thought might be wrong or even why I was seeing the nurses. So I go down to the nurses and ask them and they draw blood. After a week no one calls me so I look online at my chart and there is a note from the doctor that says nothing found all is good. Ridiculous! I've been there 3 times and the first was totally different, he spent a lot of time with me and I felt like he addressed my concerns. These last two times are my worst experience at a doctor's office. I won't be coming back again.
I've always had an easy experience. Even when I was without insurance in the beginning they still treated me with respect and saw me as quickly as possible
Awesome customer service and Doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
