Make an appointment if you can.. I had a 0800 appt. I was in and out by 0845. Many thanks to Justin Griffin NP. Pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable. Thanks for a GREAT visit.

Place is worthless got a appointment and then had to wait 2 hrs on top of that slowest place I've ever seen plusses got put on meds then had a allergic reaction to and tried to get in touch to get meds changed to something else and the answer I got was we are busy go be seen somewhere else. Very un professional place

The website says they have X-rays, so I made an appointment online, but when I got there, the receptionist said they technically have X-ray capabilities but they don’t have an X-ray technician regularly scheduled. The closest velocity urgent care with an X-ray technician was in Virginia Beach. The receptionist was super helpful and professional, but I felt like the website was misleading.

Wow the first time I went was a 5 star experiences. Wonderful people all of them. Opposite This morning horrible treatment. Opened on time however No Dr. And didn’t let us back until 20 minutes afterwards. People go to urgent care cause they are on pain. These workers did not care at all. Lazy lazy lazy. There is no Urgency in their urgent care. I found the staff this morning to be very Lazy, late, slow (on purpose) and very rude and prejudiced. Btw I am white. Brutal. Only 3 patients one was poison ivy it literally took an hour for a cold and ear medicine. I will never go back will drive an extra 30 miles to Norfolk where they are more open minded and on time.
