I am grateful to Dr. Rivers for providing me with the care I long sought. She immediately identified a most uncomfortable, painful, and waxing skin issue that daunted a previous dermatologist and whose steroid prescriptions were ineffective. Dr. Rivers prescribed a topical antibiotic and Desitin clearing the issue quickly and relieving the long-endured distress.

Dr. Rivers provided my daughter (& me) great information about eczema and how to best treat it for the long haul. In less than 3 days after Dr. Rivers’ advice and beginning the OTC + prescription regimen, my daughter was amazed at how great her skin felt to touch and from an irritation perspective. She said her skin has felt the best it has ever felt in her life (she’s 18 and has battled eczema all her life)! Thank you Dr. Rivers!

Dr. Rivers has a great bedside manner. She performs a thorough exam and she takes her time and talks you through it. I have had a number of visits with her and all of my experiences have been great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rivers.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Rivers, she asked me all the right questions to understand my issues and concerns. She prescribed medication I have never been prescribed in the past to address my issues. I am excited to be see if my issues improve.

Pleasant staff members, clean office, space heaters while waiting for the doctor because it gets chilly! Dr. Rivers answered all of my questions and concerns. I feel lucky to have found her.

Dr. Rivers was arrogant and condensending and refused to listen to me regarding my symptoms.. Empathy and understanding seem to be unknown to her. More importantly, she prescribed medicine and would not give me a medical reason for the prescription, telling me to take the RX for 6 months, then return for a follow-up. When asked what the treatment would be upon my return, she told me, "I'll figure it out then." She never gave me a diagnosis. I did not take the prescription, nor did I return. Eventually, I called to learn her diagnosis. IT WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THE CONDITION I HAD. Because she didn't listen to me regarding my symptoms, she made a diagnosis solely on her visual observations. She never touched me, examined me, or asked any questions. Her arrogance led her to AN INCORRECT DIAGNOIS AND THE PRESCRIBING OF INCORRECT MEDICATION. 🦆
