Dr Hurst performed a bunionectomy for me five (5) years ago. The surgery was a success and I have been pain free since. Just this week I was diagnosed with a heel spur. Dr Hurst provided me all my options in a detailed manner and provided me all the information I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. I opted for a cortisone shot for my heel spur and it helped immediately. I am pain free thanks to Dr Hurst.

Good doctor but extraordinarily rude staff. Both Josie and Denise were refusing to provide orthotic devices they charged my insurance, for a bill not yet 30-days old. They became rude and short with me when I tried to explain that per the law they cannot withhold treatment for something they've already billed and been compensated by the insurance company for, and a bill less than 30-days old. They cut me off, insulted me on the phone and hung up on me. I had to contact my insurance company and report the matter, and to have them act on our behalf. Will not return to this doctor, because of his unprofessional and rude staff.

I have been a patient for five years, I'm a disabled veteran and have extremely severe foot problems, some congenital and others from my service. I've had several foot specialists over the years and none compares to Dr Hurst. He always uses the least invasive ways of treating your problems and is very responsive. He performed surgery yesterday to fix a bone problem in my right foot and did a remarkable job. I had a slight complication with bleeding, his staff called him at the hospital and got me in his office 30 minutes later, he was kind, attentive and resolved it, he is an amazing man. Experience has taught me that most negative reviews have few supporting facts, this is a talented Dr. His treatments and my three surgeries with him have had a profoundly positive effect on my quality of life. If you go elsewhere, you are only hurting yourself. My deepest thanks to Dr Hurst and his staff.

Worst experience! Found another doctor that puts him shame.

I have seen Dr. Hurst for Gout, Hammer toe surgery, Infected toes, and other foot pain problems. He listens to my explanations of my problems and then offers a professional opinion that we can continue with. When necessary he has worked with other doctors and with a local hospital. He is usually available for a quick visit when necessary.

Best doctor ever been seeing him for years! He is very gentle and caring knows everything about the foot and ankle.

I found out that I need to have a minor procedure after seeing the dr. He didn't explain anything or talked about after care. The receptions told me that I can't put any wait on my foot for 3 days and I won't be able to drive for 2 weeks. This is a very important information that doctor failed to mention. He didn't provide any information at all, just walked out of the office running to the next patient. I will not be back.
