Worse experience ever with this dr At family medicine of Clifton . They did not run any sort of test to find out if I have strep or ear infection.

If I could give 0 stars I would but that isn't possible. I called in to get some medical information and because I called around lunch I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to a person and then when I did they were not helpful and without notice I was placed on hold for another 15 minutes. I waited just to find out that the call looped around to a voicemail box, so I called back and get an automated voice messaging system saying they were out at lunch and will not be back for an hour. What a waste of time and how inconsiderate can these employees been. Its been over 2 months that we asked for the records just by the way.

My husband is under the care of Dr Waldman, he is knowledgeable, empathetic and truly listens to his patients. What I love most about Dr Waldman is that he doesn't represent anyone else my husband has seen, he's not contained within the box for answers and recommendations for my husbands care. You are truly fortunate to have Dr. Waldman as your healthcare provider as he's one that listens to your concerns and treats accordingly. Thank you Dr Waldman for being so caring and knowledgeable!

When we meet for routine follow-ups, Dr Waldman & his tablet are always aware & on top of my medical background and current issues. He asks key questions focused at my condition and explains my questions fully. I never feel rushed & he makes me feel comfortable when pressing him for additional information. He leaves me feeling confident that he cares and is interested. He even makes personal phone calls to advise of test results and followups on procedures involving specialists or ER visits.
