I was in shocked when i first received my call from this location mind you its my first time experiencing their services, and their representative that goes by the name "ANA" was so rude. Had a very nasty attitude sounded so distrusb while being on the clock i felt very uncontrollable didn't know if i was taking to the center so not professional from her end . !!!!

Dr. Ruiz has been my doctor for 20 years and he is right on with every diagnosis! He is right on and very personable!

Dr. Ruiz really listens and is very compassionate. I feel I am in very good hands and will never change doctors. I finally found one that I respect and am comfortable with. Thank you, as always, Dr. Ruiz.

Would not recommend. Talked to me for about 10 minutes and that was my first time meeting him. He shrugged off my concerns and quickly diagnosed me with bipolar disorder (which I do not have). I have MDD and to have a doctor treat me in such a way was ridiculous. Took all I had to get out of bed to see a Dr. in the state I was in. He then wrote me a bunch of prescriptions for something that -again- I do not have!

Dr Ruiz remembers you as a whole person and catches things that other doctors, who don't, would miss. Given a choice, I would rather see him than any other doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Ruiz since he came to FMCC 12 years ago. Wonderful physician. Excellent bedside manner and brilliant! (I understand he graduated from an Ivy League medical school). Really listens and puts together "the big picture." He's a gem. It's so hard to find a brilliant Dr that also listens!
