Dr. Mancini is one of the kindest and smartest human beings. He listens and takes the time to answer all your questions. I always feel well taken care of when I see him.

I did a rapid test for covid due to excessive coughing and runny nose this pst week. I knew my allergies are hightened but wanted to rule this fear out of covid. The test came back negative, I asked to be seen by a doctor the same day but due to the last minute appointments, they didn’t have anything available for me the same day. So I took the next available appointment for 7:20 pm, the next day. I received a call from the clinic that Doctor Mancini would like to do a tele visit around 5 pm the next day. That was a surprise and frustrating since my covid test was negative and no body mentioned that the clinic is not accepting patients with common cold or allergies. I understand the fear of covid but I have no other symptoms and if they were not accepting in office visits, why was I not informed the day prior? Apparently he didn’t even bother speaking to me when I asked them what are they doing with patients who might have an ear infection or pneumonia?? The answer was hilarious, they are asking them to wait for 10 days lmao OMG 😳 this is a freaking joke. They took an oath to help and practice medicine rather make their patients suffers. I was told, Dr. Marcini is not comfortable since you have a cough 😷 I am never going back there but definitely want you all to be aware. He is a fraud and does not know what he is doing. Don’t waste time and go to the care now office in centreville. Much better care and service.

Dr Mancini is thoroughly attentive and listens to what you have to say. He explains conditions well. He has the ability to speak to you in layman's terms and not make you feel stupid if asked to explain. His bedside manner is impeccable. Would highly recommend Dr Mancini to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Mancini. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and is interested in your wellbeing. The best Physician I have ever had. I cannot count how many times I have quoted something he has explained.

Great medical service, On site blood sampling extraction for testing. Dr Mancini is a very accomplished primary care physician. I would trust him for everyone in my family.

Worst experience ever. At 7 months pregnant and experiencing terrible stomach pain I was told I might have stomach cancer. What? Tell an emotional, sick, pregnant woman she may have stomach cancer with NO substantiated evidence? Psycho. Turns out I had appendicitis through my pregnancy and right after delivery, it ruptured. Had 2 surgeries. When I called the office to let him know how much he messed with my head and never even ran a test and I (and my baby) could have died, got nothing more than "huh, I never would have guessed that" Are you kidding me? It's called modern medicine! Run a test! I can't believe he is actually practicing again.

I've been going to Dr. Mancini for a decade. His nurses & the ability to get an appointment are good. I'm actively looking to make a change, though. He used to be helpful, but now it seems that his need to talk takes priority. Many times, I've gone to urgent care later for a correct diagnosis & medication. After my last visit, I was in tears and went to urgent care the same day. As professionally as they could, they shared that my experience is not uncommon with Rocky Run/Dr. Mancini. Bummer.

Brand new patient with a medical background. Dr Mancini barely even touched me by way of an examination, asked only 1 question, did not know a single thing about me, then proceeded to ramble and lecture me for an hour(!), in a very condescending way, constantly repeating himself. I could not get a word in edgewise. Half of what he said, I already knew; the other half, I fundamentally disagreed with. Some of it was just plain wrong and, *in my opinion,* contravened long-standing, generally-accepted medical research and practice. I realized as I drove home that besides treating me like an idiot, he had actually insulted me and my integrity in several of the things he said. I will not be back!

This doctor absolutely know nothing! Save your time and find a real doctor!
