They closed before the time listed on the door. Lady at the desk saw me thru the window, gets up and turns the light off. They should change their sign if they decide to close earlier

Great service and professional

The facility itself is fine. However, my issue is with the customer service of the individual named Angie. After an hour of waiting for my drug screening, I was met with the rudest individual. She spoke to me like a child and actually told me to “get out” when I asked her if there was anything else she needed me to sign. I was in complete shock and then I explained to her that I work in healthcare and that is no way to speak to anyone. I’m not sure what prompted her animosity but it seemed racist and xenophobic. We all have bad days at work but some sensitivity/diversity training might do her some good. As a manager, I would never hire an individual with that level of unprofessionalism. As a result, I’ll be sure to steer all of my patients/colleagues/friends/family away from this location.

I would have put 5 stars before my last visit. Bad attitude from the nurse Leslie since I needed to be with my sick boy. All what I asked her was to stay with him during the visit. Doctor authorized me. I was always allowed for many years. In the room the nurse tells me to go somewhere else if you don't like it here. That was very rude and unprofessional. Clinic nor corporate office did nothing about that attitude. I will never be back unless I have nowhere to go.

Great experience, the staff is so kind, helpful and thorough. The facility was really nice- only thing to note is that they don’t have automatic doors or a ramp so it isn’t the most easily accessible if that’s a concern for you.

I’ve had good experiences with this Urgent Care center in the past, but this experience has turned me off of this facility from now on. I went in about 6 weeks ago and was dismissed, saying to come in if it got worse. It did get worse, and I returned, and they took some samples to send to the lab. It’s been more than a month since they sent those samples, and they’ve given me the run around since then. I have called after a week, two weeks, and now a month, and have been told to “be patient” and that “a nurse will contact me.” I was originally told the results would take a week at most. At this point, I’m tired of being sick and being ignored. It’s egregious that these lab results seem to be impossible to access, but the $200 bill came very easily.

Great place good people need more people like this in world.

Extremely long wait time. I ended up waiting 2 hours for an employer ordered DOT and missed an interview I had later. I would recommend arrive as soon as they open or kiss your plans goodbye.
