List of Cindy C Feely Md's Reviews
The overall star rating for Dr. Feely is completely inaccurate. She is 100% a 5 star doctor and if you read the reviews, the bad reviews were for staff a long time ago. Dr. Feely is truly the best doctor I have ever had, and having an autoimmune disease and other ailments, I have seen A LOT. She truly listens, never judges, and will run tests until she finds out how to help. If all doctors were like her, it would be a blessing.
Dr. Feely is the BEST primary care provider I’ve ever been too. Reading through the one stars, they are not relevant to her or the staff in the slightest. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Dr Feely has helped me over the last several years and has ALWAYS gone above and beyond. She definitely cares about her patients. Thank you Dr Feely!
The best internal medicine doctor I've run into. She is always prepared and always paying attention to you during your visit. Furthermore, she is proactive (e.g. cited concern without me prompting her) and genuinely curious about your case.
Dr. Feely provided a high level of care for my husband when we were struggling to treat his complex issue and having a hard time finding a doctor who would treat him with compassion, much less treat him with the most up to date methods and approaches. Dr. Feely was able to do all of that. She communicates well with me through the My Chart app. It’s an INOVA clinic, which put me off at first because we’ve had lots of poor experiences with desk staff, docs, and scheduling at INOVA clinics. This one stands out as exceptional. The staff is always attentive and friendly, even on the phone. We both see Dr. Feely now and are grateful she and her staff run such a helpful and welcoming clinic. You may have to wait a long time for an appointment. I go to Patient First for urgent needs because I can’t usually get in with Dr. Feely for weeks.
Dr. Feely is the best! She's so patient, never rushes, spends a lot of time listening and explaining. The patient portal is also very helpful. I had flu like symptoms and even though she had no appointments available, she still squeezed me in for a quick flu test, patiently asked my symptoms and prescribed tamiflu when the flu test came positive. I would highly recommend her as a primary care physician.
Dr. Feely is very caring and takes time to listen to your comments and questions. Also, if you use the Inova MyChart website, you can get very fast response to prescription refills and questions. My elderly mother needed a permanent disabled parking placard and Dr. Feely was very responsive in filling out the doctor's portion for the DMV application. However, the front desk staff is not so good - they got my mom's address incorrect, and even after I've pointed out to them that the address is wrong, they failed to correct it. I had to update the address myself on the Inova MyChart website. I'm giving a 5-star rating because this review is for Dr. Feely herself, not the front desk staff.
Dr. Feely is an excellent physician. I usually have minimal to no waiting to see her. She is unhurried, thorough and personable. She is conscientious about gathering baselines, sending and refilling prescriptions, making necessary referrals and following up after visits. She is diligent about explaining lab results and test/procedure results promptly. She is quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I have kept her as my primary care physician even since moving a bit far away, because she has provided such excellent care. I highly recommend her.
I'll give 1 star because Dr. Feely is a great doctor. The call center and office staff is horrible. I needed a referral for a sports injury to my back. I needed to be seen immediately since i could not walk (affected my ability to work or take care of my kids). I was told that the referral would be sent so that i could see the chiropractor the same day. I called to follow up because it wasn't sent yet and was told again that it would be taken care of. Right before my chiro appointment, I was suddenly told that I could not be given a referral because i hadn't been seen for that injury. That would have been nice for ANYONE in that office to inform me beforehand. I was taken care of by my chiropractor -- then followed up with this office after the fact. I was directed to the call center manager and she was unhelpful as well. She continued to regurgitate referral policies that the office has -- which her team failed to inform me of multiple times. She also did not try to come to any closure, she just hung up on me. This is the worst experience that I have had at a PCP's office and i do not recommend going here at all. It's a shame because the actual medical staff is great here. But reception/office team is incompetent.
Dr. Feely is a phenomenal doctor who provides a comforting presence and thorough subject matter expertise. She has helped me through numerous health concerns. She is patient, caring, and genuinely wants what is best for her patients. I am lucky to have found her and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a close friend or family member.
My daughter had her first visit so she could have a primary care doctor. This review is not for the doctor because I never saw one. My appointment was for 3pm I arrived 15 mins early and checked in. 3:30 rolled around and I wasn’t seen. I asked the receptionist what was the reason I was 30 mins delayed. She tell me the doctor had an issue and it would be 30 mins more. I asked the receptionist it would be nice if they would inform me of 1. The wait 2. If I wanted to reschedule, none of that was done. If a doctors office doesn’t mind wasting my time, then that’s who I don’t want seeing my daughter.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
