Horrible. I should have left this practice when Dr Lynch left. Dr Bouhouch is only concerned with money first, not patient first. If you're sick, better be able to make it in to the office so they can get paid first, before you get any kind of remote care, have a script called in, etc. And if you do leave a message for her, be ready to wait at least 48 hours, if she responds at all.

Dr. Hakima Bahouch is probably the only Doctor for whom I have given a 1 star. I'd give 0 if that were possible. She was late for Zoom appointments, When I called their office to reschedule because she hadnt shown up, she called back to yell at me saying she was on the call the whole time and I wasnt there. She gave misinformation about previous appointments, never follows through on refill requests for long-term medication without a zoom call that is absolutely unnecessary half the time!! She is mean, rude, and an overall unpleasant Doctor who has no compassion for her patients. I DO NOT recommend her at all and have changed my PCP to another.

I cannot say enough about Dr Bouhouch, she is always above and beyond. making sure that her patients always given the best possible care . Her compassionate attention and professional care saved my life. Dr Bouhouch, you are truly compassionate & brilliant human beings! . She saved me a lot of unnecessary trips to the emergency room with her wise guidance. Words could never express our gratitude for all you did and continue to do for me,my wife, and my daughter.

The worst experience ever! I have never expected myself rating a physician this way. I called for my mom mentioning that it was an urgent matter and that we need her to get tested for covid for travel purposes in regards to a life or death matter of a family member back home. After a full day goin back and forth of giving wrong information at the office: "just call a testing site from inova u dont need an order, just call this number" which happened to be wrong information. They couldnt help me bc i dont have a Dr's order. Had to call back the office. Apologizing and saying that the person who gave you that information is wrong. Long story short my mom finally got tested, and the Dr. WAS YELLING IN MY MOM'S FACE! I specifically said that it's a very urgent matter! They said that ofcourse the have to follow proper procedure, which i totally respect and gave us a time frame, taking into consideration the urgency of my mom's travel. That was on last Thursday. Today, after giving up on getting an answer from her office, (1st they told me calendar days, today they said: business days!) I decided to call the lab only for me to know that her test was received today! Test was done Thursday and wasn't sent until Monday!! My mom's family member already passed away and she couldn't get a chance to say goodbye!

Dr. Bouhoush has been my PCP for almost 9 years. She is a great doctor. Excellent bedside manners. She spends time to investigate the problem and explain the treatment plan. She has been amazing in following up with me after the test results and she always provides excellent advices for general health. When a specialist is needed, she always recommends the best. It's great to be in good hands and a Doctor who really CARES.

I had a good experience with Dr. Bouhouch, but she tended to prescribe medication before running diagnostic tests. She prescribed me a few medications, and I took them, and they worked for a time. But she never looked into why I was having the problem. I had to learn the hard way after I switched to a new doctor that I had underlying issues that Dr. Bouhouch never looked into. She is a great person to work with and great at prescribing, but when it comes to underlying or undiagnosed issues, I have had better doctors. It would be great not to have to take additional medications.

But now, I have had the worst experience with one of their nurses, Bonnita, who was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Dr. Hakima does not treat patients like she used to be!Not worth your time. Not coming back, will look for a new PCP provider.

Not worth your time. They do not care about their patients, the nurses are not friendly and Dr. Hakima Bouhouch does not treat patients like she used to when they just opened and were working for good reviews! Better look for another PCP practice!
