Dr Mirkin is amazing. He has been my Gastro doctor for almost 20 years. He was able to diagnose my husband’s Neuoendocrine Pancreatic Cancer early. My husband had many years to live thanks to Dr Martin. He has always been very thorough with me and my Ulcerative Colitis. I would recommend him to anyone because he is first class and knows all the up to date procedures. Thanks Dr Mirkin

Showed up 30 minutes late and looked at his watch the whole time. Didn’t listen, provided clearly erroneous medical information. He is incompetent, rude and nasty.

Really creepy guy. Laughed at me, provided patently false medical information, and rushed me out of the office after only ten minutes. Also he took the appointment only to say he was the wrong guy and couldn’t help me. This is a scam. He wasted my time and essentially stole my money.

I scheduled a virtual appointment for my mom weeks in advance because Dr. Mirkin was not available in person. She is unable to use my computer so she drove 30 minutes to my house for the appointment. Doctor was supposed to email me a link 30 minutes before my appointment. I did not receive the link so I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes. They said they would need to reschedule my appointment because I missed the time slot and were completely unwilling to accommodate us. We will find another doctor.

Scheduled video visit weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment they failed to email me the link (said it would be sent 30 minutes prior to appointment). When I called to get the link, I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes, at which point they said they would have to reschedule because I missed the appointment. Terrible service, find another doctor!

I scheduled a virtual appointment for my mom weeks in advance because he wasn't available for a timely in person visit. She can't use the computer so she drove 45 minutes to my house to do it. I was supposed to receive a link 30 minutes prior to the appointment and did not receive it, so I called the office. Waited on hold for 30 minutes only to be told they needed to reschedule because I missed the appointment. I explained that it was their fault for not sending the link and how inconvenient it was for us, and they did not care. They said "I see you scheduled the appointment last month - that is why you didn't receive the link." and I said "Why would it matter when I scheduled it, the link was supposed to be sent a half hour before" and they couldn't explain it. Not to mention the fact that we should have been well within our window to still have the appointment - but they refused. We will find another doctor.

office completely botched the scheduling of my appointment - they failed to send the link, and when I called for the link I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes, at which point they said I had missed the window and they would have to reschedule.

Great doctor but impossible to get to speak to him. Couldn't make a follow up appointment for 8 weeks and only virtual. He told me to get back to him for treatment.

Dr. Mirkin was amazing. I am used to doctors just treating the presenting symptom but doctor Mirkin took the time to assist in creating a holistic treatment plan. I highly recommend this physician.
