List of Mark A Soltany's Reviews
They are so helpful and so good behavior I am so glad my kids are going to this office ♥️♥️
Dr. Soltany is the best around. You won't find a better ENT specialist. The office staff is charging $1.00 for a ten-cent face mask....absolutely ridiculous. I have no problem wearing a mask...I do have a problem paying $1.00 for a mask to enter a physician's office. It was a good 20-year run.
I was referred toDr. Soltany by my primary care doctor’s office. The previous specialist didn’t see the deeper issue specially ringing in my ears that eventually got infected. It was suggested I see another specialist. Dr. Mark Soltany is very thorough in his procedures and my first visit yesterday gave me peace of mind as he patiently went through specific steps and measures to see what was going on with both my ears and throat. He is very reassuring, very professional and also gave very clear explanation of what was going on followed by step by step instructions on the treatment measures. I am also pleased with his courteous and efficient staff, specially with their great safety protocols. No waiting time, I was Taken in on the appointed time.
Best ENT in all of Northern Virginia. My two children and I all had deviated septum surgery years ago. Rare to find a more compassionate and competent doctor.
If you're a busy professional and seeking efficient assessment and treatment for sleep apnea, avoid this office at all costs. Dr Soltany seems very knowledgeable, but it's simply not worth dealing with his office and staff. My original visit was in October; it's April and Iv'e finally given up on them. He has multiple offices, but doesn't have any nurses on call in Chantilly. If you call in, they give you another number. His nurses in Fairfax do not answer the phone, they only answer voicemails. There is also no electronic communication available, read no email. They sent me on a round about with a sleep study location because they kept providing me incorrect instructions for next steps, aka who calls insurance with results and initiates next steps. When asking for assistance after months of no action, and admittedly expressing some frustration, their staff hung up the phone on me. When i asked my insurance to call and help, my insurance said they had never encountered a less helpful staff and the level of support was unacceptable. When I finally asked them to simply fax the doctors prescription for an auto-pap to my insurance provider, they said they would only mail it and that they think the doctor has done enough for me at this point. With his level of knowledge, mark could have an incredible practice if he wiped his support staff and started over.
From,他
I was highly impressed with Dr Soltany during his care of my husband's ent issues. He took a lot of time and care when discussing options and solutions. More than I can say for many doctors. We went to the Chantilly office and it was clean and spacious. The staff was fine, no problems. The wait was reasonable, maybe 10 minutes. My son will now be going to see Dr Soltany, we are so glad we found him! I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Soltany did my tonsillectomy about 10 years ago. Not the best surgery to recover from (for anyone!), but I experienced good care. This was reemphasized when I recently visited for a checkup, concerned about something that ended up being nothing. Dr. Soltany spend time going through all the possible options that could be bothering me. The audiologist in this office also provided good care and talked through the hearing test about what everything means! I recommend this office to anyone.

One of the best doctors I have seen. He spent time listening and explaining. He reached out to a dentist colleague on my behalf because my issue was related to a dental procedure. He called me to give me information on the weekend. I never felt rushed. He was pleasant and engaging. I would see him again if I need an ENT. I did wait in the waiting room and the exam room for awhile, so bring a book or your iPad. It was worth the wait.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
