Dr.Chand is always very concerning, I like her because she takes the time to listen to you.

The appointment was great. The only issue was Dr. Chand didn't have some biopsy results in the file so it took a little bit of time to find them. But we loved how she explained things and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed and are happy with the treatment plan.

As a new patient, my first experience was excellent. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Dr Chand and her staff.

One possibility: Dr. Chand was having an off day, was working through a family emergency or other issue, and I should extend her some grace. Another possibility: This doctor should never see a patient who suffers from cognitive impairment, or a patient seeking a modicum of empathy from their medical provider. I have never written a review for a doctor before, but I was so disturbed by my interactions with Dr. Chand that I feel compelled to warn others. The most difficult portion of the visit came after the endoscopy. In Dr. Chand's post-procedure visit, she was visibly irritated and agitated with my relative. Despite my attempts to help explain the course of action to my very confused relative, Dr. Chand was borderline yelling at us. The challenges, frustrations, and heartbreak of dealing with a relative/patient who has dementia are certainly not lost on me -- but yelling and infantilizing someone is never the answer. A trained medical professional should know this.

Everything went great

Dr. Chand and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chand listened to my symptoms and proposed some things I can do right away to lessen the symptoms while we wait for my testing results.

Dr Chand and her staff are outstanding! I was diagnosed with UC 3/2017 and unfortunately received very inferior care from my original GI practice. In my best interest I opted to find another physician and was blessed to connect with Dr. Chand. She is passionate, caring and a great listener. She has gone above and beyond and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Thankful for the advise and overall medical attention. The physician and staff are superb. Highly recommend the services provided.

Years, ago I had work done from this doctor and complained that her colonoscopy ruined my life from 3 years of horrible IBS. I left s bad review, and I got refunded months later. I feel much better now, and she actually caught an aggressive cancer before it affected me. My other doctors say I was lucky, but the truth is she saved my life and I should be dead. This is a good doctor and a good person. I apologize for my angry review.

Dr. Chand is very thorough and spends time with patients. I switched to her after using two Gastros to treat my UC. First one was never available and I had to see Nurse every time. The second one was so busy that he would not spend more than a few minutes. Even at the time of colonscopy I had to remind him that I have generally been in remission. Dr Chand on other hand, spends time, is well prepared. You need a Doctor like that in order to maintain UC remission. Her staff - Harini and others are very responsive.
