ALERT 🚨 You spend a bunch of time driving around this huge building and then go inside and find out it’s their corporate headquarters!! Not a location where they collect specimens. Quite embarrassing!

Leaving five stars because this isn't their fault - but Google Maps needs to change this listing to say corporate office. No actual patient-facing stuff happens here. Based on the listing, I would've had no way of knowing this.

I was carrier for dynamex. I delivered specimens to them and kept though up all the way to the them. Know one from the Lab could tell me what that was.

This is the corporate office and doesn't do any labs. The security was friendly enough, but I really dislike how many services are only available at a few locations.

I've never used Quest Diagnostic's services, but I had a horrible encounter on the road with one of their employees driving a company vehicle. He was driving aggressively behind me and tried to pass me on a non-passing road while stopped by construction workers on Poplar Tree Rd. When I rolled down my window to ask what his problem was, he GOT OUT OF HIS VEHICLE and feigned that he was unable to hear me. He continued to attempt to provoke me as he passed when I turned right and he continued straight. His lack of judgment and professionalism give me zero confidence in the organization he represents. If I ever need diagnostic services, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.
