Dr. Tushar Patel a “Horrible and Cruel so called doctor”. Called to give me the results for a biopsy, he confirmed the diagnosis by telling me over the phone that I have “Breast Cancer” and he was sorry. That phone call last it “1” minute. He did not gave me a chance to ask questions or what steps I needed to start in this new life journey. He was cold, unsympathetic, unprofessional and ice cold. I’m more traumatized by his demeanor or lack off than finding out I have cancer. Dr. Patel is a terrible doctor, I wouldn’t recommend him to my worse enemy.

One of the rudest doctors I've ever seen in my life. He has no proper bedside manner. Would not let me ask questions, saw him for less than 10 minutes after waiting forever. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

1 month ago I had surgery, I've been working for the last 2weeks. The procedure was anterior cervical discectomy with Fusion. I highly recommend Dr Patel. The pain went away after surgery, and I only had to take medication for 2 days. I was informed through out the process, so there were no surprises. Will definitely go back if any other problems arise.

I will not be seeing Dr. Tushar Patel again. I had a five-minute phone call with Dr. Patel in April 2020 to be evaluated for COVID-19. I explained my symptoms to him -- I was experiencing severe difficulty breathing and fatigue and had had a fever, minor cough, and sore throat -- and he refused to order a test for me. After denying me COVID-19 testing and offering no other suggestions for treating my symptoms, he submitted a claim for $400 to my health insurance company. My health insurance covers telemedicine visits and COVID-19-related visits in full, yet Dr. Patel falsely claimed to the insurance company that our interaction was in-person and unrelated to COVID-19, leaving me with a $400 bill for a five-minute phone call. Dr. Patel provided no medical help and appears to be exploiting the epidemic, a time when many people are suffering health-wise and financially, to maximize his profits.

Dr Patel is worlds above any other surgeon in the area when it comes to upper cervical neck understanding and surgery! My 22 year old daughter fractured C1 in 3 places and it didn't heal after 8 months!! We saw 8 different Orthopaedic and neurosurgeons and Dr Patel was the only one who took the time to thoroughly review her CT and MRI to determine she actually had major ligament tearing that caused the non union! He meticulously repaired her neck and she is back to an active 22 year old lifestyle!! Thank you Dr Patel for caring and for using the knowledge God blessed you with to return my daughter to the lifestyle she enjoys!!

Dr. Patel and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. The nurses are compassionate and thorough. The on line My Chart feature is convenient and easy to use allowing for prompt communication between myself and the doctor.

Dr. Patel is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and I would recommend him highly. My husband had a complex 4 level cervical anterior discectomy surgery last year with Dr. Patel and he did an exceptional job. If you want the best spine doctor, I wouldn't go see anyone else but Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel is by far the best orthopedic surgeon in the area. My mother had neck surgery with him 4 years ago and had wonderful results. Now 4 years later she had to have lower back surgery and again, Dr. P did not disappoint! The compassion and understanding he shows to patients is unparalleled. Not only does he take time to answer your questions and put you at ease, he is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. We have had many people in the area highly recommend him. Even our second opinion surgeon said he would send a member of his own family to see him. My mother had 110% confidence in his ability to heal her. He's amazing. Looking for a orthopedic surgeon... look no further!

Dr Patel failed to diagnose having a UTI, wasted over a week doing unnecessary blood work. My blood pressure fell to 83/45, he didn't bother to find a remedy. His admin staff are careless and rude. They charge me the copay before getting to be served! I tried reaching him on a day that my head was smashed from dizziness and LBP, they hanged up on me 2 times. When I reached him at the end of that day, he yelled at me for not RESPECTING his staff and told me to go see another doctor!
