Vincent Bonini's Online Review Report Card

I recently moved to the Chantilly area and I was looking for a new Podiatrist Since my old Podiatrist had retired and what a blessing that I found Dr. Bonini and he put me at ease immediately with his professionalism and his sense of humor, friendliness and his wonderful bedside manner. He performed the removal of my in grown toenails and shockingly I did not have any pain whatsoever afterwards! I would happily refer anybody to Dr. Bonini who is in need of a Podiatrist he is wonderful and I will continue to return to him for many years to come he is the best doctor and thank you again for your care and compassion.Thank you again! Lack of professionalism. First visit new patient appt today. Over 40 min wait time after checking in and filling out paperwork. Had to ask for updates as they did not communicate with me. The receptionist stated they had multiple doctors who were busy (made me feel i was not important) . They do not honor appointment time Slots, be prepare to wait. I schedule this appointment many weeks ago, disappointing it didn't work.

This review is for Dr. Vincent Bonini, podiatrist at Potomac Podiatry in Woodbridge, Virginia. Although I originally saw Dr. Toomey who wanted to fuse the joint between my big toe and my foot, no ifs, ands or buts and definitely no explanation or conversation. On my pre-op appointment, Dr. Toomey got called away to surgery, and Dr. Bonini stepped in to see me. All I said was I don't understand why such a drastic measure to fuse the joint. Dr. Bonini spun around in his chair, pulled up my record, and looked at my x-rays and MRI. He said the bone in my foot is too long, and the joints are lined up. Since the joints are bending in the same line, the first joint is taking the bulk of the stress and wear over time. I was born that way. (Also said "you're ONLY 56." Those are the doctors you want. Not the ones who write you off because of your age.) Just had my 12 week check up post surgery. Dr. Bonini shortened the bone in my foot, put a screw in the foot, he also reshaped the end of the bone to accomodate for future damage and still be able to bend and function, AND he repaired the space between the joint. Before is was bone grinding on bone. I highly recommend Dr. Bonini. He listens to your concerns, explains why it happened, how to fix it, fixes it, and then sets the best course of action for your recovery.

I have know Dr. Bonini for over ten years and always found him to be the best doctor you can find. He is very compassionate and always listens to my concerns. He thoroughly explains my options and never is pushy. He is truly a fantastic doctor. I recommend his and his staff to anyone needing excellent foot care.

Absolutely amazing I had my ankle botched and he did his best to make it better! He always made me feel like I was gonna be ok and he did everything he could to make the pain go away

Saw Dr Toomey for planters wart and nail fungus.He wouldn't numb up area and just cut cut cut even when asking him to stop. He kept chopping off painful toe nails and super painful wart area!Refused to prescribe pain meds even knowing foot would continue to hurt, which it did and still does. Badly!Should have numbed up area & used a freezing agent. Chopping and cutting is archaic. Refusing to listen to patient when saying "stop" is unprofessional and illegal.Come here if UR into pain.Not if U expect top knotch medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bonini's for over 2 years and have only wonderful things to say about him and his entire staff. I have had to have two surgeries, and he has done a wonderful job and his staff has been so extremely helpful each and every time. I highly recommend Dr. Bonini if you ever have any issues with your feet.

Dr. Bonini and Potomac Podiatry Group were fantastic. I'm diabetic and had an infected toe that needed minor surgery. They worked me in the same day and all went well. Dr. Bonini had a great "bed side manner" and worked efficiently and effectively. Hopefully, I’ll never have another infected toe, but if I do have a foot problem, I’ll definitely go back to Dr. Bonini and Potomac Podiatry Group.

If you have foot pain and need surgery, you are better off finding another physician. My wife has needed surgery since June as determined by Dr. Bonini and she has yet to be scheduled for her surgery. She is in a lot of pain and Dr. Bonini's office cannot seem to schedule her. They keep coming up with excuses. We are finding another doctor whose office is more organized and responsive to patient needs.

Amazing! I've been going to his office for 2 years and I couldn't be more happy! He is an amazing doctor in every aspect
