Condescending jerk. Do Not use him. And Commonwealth bills your insurance for bogus procedures.

It was overwhelming to say the least, I’m sure he is okay for some people but I found him to be aggressive in demeanor, dismissive and condescending. I felt I wasn’t allowed to ask questions (I was there for cataracts ) very rushed. During the initial exam by his assistant my glasses kept fogging up and I couldn’t see, I was nervous and concerned about the accuracy she said no big deal, very confusing. Anyway after the visit I went to the car and cried I won’t be back. Front desk people very friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Michael for several years. He always runs late, but I trust him to take the best possible care of my glaucoma problem. He is thorough and business-like but as friendly as he can be in a limited amount of time.

Dr. Michael is the most awesome eye specialist with whom I have ever been treated. He and all of his staff care about their patients including those who have other physical needs as well. I would recommend him 100+% to anyone needing specialty eye care!

In August my eye doctor referred me to Dr. Michael. i went on line and looked at reviews. Although, most were very good there were some that had me concerned. The day I arrived the receptionist was very helpful. The lady that checked my eyes was nice and told me everything she was doing. I told her I appreciated her being so nice. It wasn't long after they took me to room to wait for Dr. Michael. I didn't have to wait long. He came in with a big smile and was very friendly. He asked me questions and he explained exactly what to expect. Very informative about the whole procedure. I was impressed and felt very at ease. After seeing him they took me to lady who sets up surgery. She went over everything with me. My overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Michael. Been going to Dr. Michael for several years. Always professional and listens to what I say. No problem seeing him even though he stays very busy. This December, 2018 he did cataract operations on my eyes. He went over the process, what would happen, etc. Total success!
