The doctor hang up my when I called to see him and after he told that he does not see new patient!!! You decide for yourself what kind of “doctor” he is!!! Scary!!!!

I have been seening Dr. Hay since 2006 for an eye condition that needs monitering. He also did surgery to remove a growth on my eyelid and did a superb job. He and his staff are warm, and, caring. We are lucky to have them in this area!

Our Family is since many years with Dr. Hay and Cheryl and now with Eleanor. We could not ask for a better eye care. We can recommend Dr. Hay to everybody which needs this kind of care.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!! But it won't let me post without putting one star. The rudest most disrespectful receptionist answered the phone when my mother was calling to schedule an appointment and would not schedule her. I called back to schedule it and she was so rude, would not give me her name until I asked a bunch of times. I asked to speak to speak to her supervisor and she refused to put them on. Put me on hold then got back on said they were not available and hung up on me as I was talking requesting that they give me a call back. These are your patients, the reason you stay in business! Definitely never going back again! There are much friendlier and qualified offices to go to.

Have been seeing Dr Hay for 15 years, he takes excellent care of my eyes, he diagnosed my glaucoma and has kept it from progressing for 15 yrs. He is one of the reasons I stay in manassas, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Just hope he never retires!

Dr.Hay and Cheryl have a very friendly office and work well together to keep the office running well and fast for patient's to get in and out of the office as fast as possible . I am always greeted with a smile and told the truth about any questions, and or problems that may come up with my eye health. I have recommended Dr. Hay to many people. Glad my other doctor referred me to this office . Thank you Dr. Hay and Cheryl for taking the best care of me.

I have been a patient since 1999 and have an appointment every 3 months for a pre-existing issue with my sight. I have had situations that required emergency appointments. I have always been able to be seen within a 24 hour period. I would have to say that Dr. Hay and his receptionist make me feel like family. Dr. Hay has a great "bedside manner" always asking if anything has change or are there any concerns before beginning my exam. Insurance has never been an issue.
