Office staff could care less if you die waiting to get In. Don’t bother to tell you they have a clinic you can go to. Violate HIPPA and I plan to make a formal complaint

There are some good people at this practice and they generally are available, however I will be leaving because of the poor management. The office is either overworked or simply not organized. Routine items like forwarding a referral or answering a scheduling question take 7 days plus to resolve. I resort to communicating through the portal and then duplicating efforts by leaving voice mails just to be sure items are taken care of. I have gone here for two years, but I am leaving.

She is wonderful and my family has worked with her for many years. We are currently looking for another doctor because the office staff has become impossible to deal with -- mismanaged appointment schedules, blood work mishandled, diagnosis missed when last minute problems were handled by the nurse practitioners, important messages not passed on to Dr Abrahamson. I am heartbroken to have to leave the practice because she is so good, but the other problems are interfering with our health care.

I went to Annika several years ago as a family practicioner and found that she went above and beyond to help me with my medical problems. If she didn't have the knowledge then she found it out with research and talking with other physcians. Due to financial instability I had to go to UVA which was okay but finally a bust with interns really not caring. I plan to go back to Dr Abrahamson.

She was my first OBGYN at 19 I wanted to get on birthcontrol the first time I was upset but after being talked to by the nurses, who wee rude, she forced me to come back in. She them got very touchy and started to male fun of me being upset. I changed doctors right after that, I will never to back to her, shes not understanding and told my mother more abouyf my exams than she ever told me

Great & Knowledgeable Care. Dr. Abrahamson is kind, thorough, open-minded and has a great sense of humor. She always is positive and calm in spite of her busy days. She listens and is not afraid to look outside of the box for patient care options. Even though I no longer live in C'ville - I refuse to change doctors and instead make the drive because she is worth it and truly a rare gem in the medical profession.

Annika is a sweetheart! I've had many doctors that I've felt like haven't listened, and have pushed me aside like another patient...but she always remembers important details about me, health wise and personal. She's genuinely caring, I absolutely love her!
