I was in a dire situation. After 20 days of suffering and two visits to two different ERs in Eastern Tennessee (because the first one did a CT scan and just sent me home, when the second ER had ER doctors who listened to me and ordered a two hour MRI), my case was sent out to Villanova Med Center, Duke Med Center and UVA Med Center. Dr. Singla at UVA accepted my case! The first ER visit said I had Cervical Stenosis, when in actually, I had Posterior Cervical Compression! I left the second ER for a five hour ambulance ride on Saturday, 2/26 and had emergency surgery on Sunday, 2/27. I owe Dr. Singla and his team a debt I will never be able to repay! He and his team are miracle workers in my eyes! Yes, I am starting to feel better and lose the numbness in my hands and fingers, plus the tingling in my chin/hands/fingers.
