Dr. Williams needs to retire, I’ve been with him for 20 years and I’m in search of a new doctor. He’s grumpy and belittles me and gaslights me when I mention any illness. Tells me it’s all in my head. I hate going there because he makes me feels stupid. The last time he fat shamed me after I told him I eat nothing and exercise 14 hours a week. Won’t give me the tests I suggest and rushes me out the door. It’s very tense and uncomfortable. Please find another doctor.

He was a great doctor. No longer accessible when you are sick. The best is to send you to blood test, radio and so. Deep deteriorate in the health care, it is all about businesses. Sadly, I had to solve many situations on my own with home remedies.

Dr. Williams has been our family doctor for 21 years now. He has been with us through the good and the bad. He is just simply kind and courteous and a genuine soul. I have never seen him in a bad mood or dismissive. He is consistent and crazy smart. Thus the medical diploma on the wall with the summa laude - the highest honour of graduation. My babies are women now. Thanks for caring for all of us, Dr. Williams. The K family.

Great Dr. if you can get in to see him. Rarely can see him when you know, you’re actually sick or have an issue. Always pushed off to a NP. No longer a place that knows their patients deeply in my opinion. Rushed in and out. Had another surgeon try to make contact and he couldn’t get through. Surgeon mentioned front staff was so frustrsting to deal with and Dr no longer had hospital priviliges - sure why that would have stopped? Anyway, for me, myexperience, the personal care has declined substantially over last few years and feels more like a place trying to generate fees. I get a Practice is a business too, but seems like the business is overshadowing primary care. I have since left and gone elsewhere and couldn’t be happier.

Both my husband and I feel so very fortunate to have access to a physician of his calibre . Dr William's kind and caring personality, combined with his expertise and medical knowledge, make us realize just how fortunate we are to have him as our family doctor.

Dr Williams has been my doctor for almost 15 years. I absolutely DISAGREE with the not taking women's issues seriously others have claimed. Ive had several women's issues that he took very seriously and always followed up. He's never made me feel like I've wasted his time and has always been very knowledgeable and caring to me and my family. Best doctor I've ever had hands down!

I had surgery with him this month and the experience was wonderful. The pre-operative appointments, any questions we had, and post operative care were everything I hoped for. Thank you to the team! Definitely recommend!

I WAS a patient of Dr. Williams. For two years I made appointments with him to address my chronic pain and issues. He dismissed my issues always sending me away and never really listening to what I was saying. I agree with the other comments about him not taking women issues seriously. I left and went to a new doctor who diagnosed me right away and put me on medication for a disease that runs in my family... Dr. Williams couldn't even take the time to look at my file/history. I got really sick from 2 yrs + of not being treated that could have been solved so easily by caring and taking the time to actually listen to me.

I agree with the other comments on women's health issues. He just doesn't get it and doesn't offer solutions and for some reason you really have to push to get a referral to a specialist or tests in order to get help or proper diagnosis.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Williams as my GP. His manner is very down to earth, he never makes me feel uncomfortable or that my questions are foolish. It is a major contrast to the GP I grew up with, a man who consistently made people feel small and unworthy of his time. Dr. Williams has made me realize that physicians can be kind and caring people. My wife and daughter also feel very well cared for by him. We have moved over 50km from Burlington and will continue to be Dr Williams patients as long as he continues to practice medicine.
