He is not patient to the patients, only spent 2 mins talked to me (while I waited for him for more than half an hour). And I told him I have stuffed nose, he just ask me to have a surgery.

I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr Landes and Kim. Dr Landes for listening and performing a safe and effective surgery on my son and Kim who also listened and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you both so much!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! De. Landes spent all of 3 minutes with me, didn’t even look in my nose to look at sinuses and then said “you don’t have sinus issues you have migraines! Seriously???!! He couldn’t be more wrong. If you need a real ENT then go to Breathe Free in Richmond! They actually spent time with me...asked me questions and looked in my nose! I have 2 deviated septum’s and I am having surgery to open my sinuses passages which are almost completely closed! Dr Landes definitely needs to work on his bedside manner. I won’t refer anyone to him!!!!!

He was thorough, timely and precise. Not too much of wait in the lobby and their systems are fairly dialed in.

Dr. Landes is Excellent . Had couple of appointments and staff is friendly and helpful also. Telephone issues with Century Link didn't keep Dr Lanes from giving me a call personally with results. This is quality care for a patient who lives an hour way. He will be our ENT doctor from now on!! Thank You Charlottesville ENT Assoc,

my daughter’s nose was clearly on the side of her face but the ER doc wasn’t concerned... you have only a few days to fix it correctly before it sets that way. dr landis thank god agreed it was not straight and wanted to fix it IMMEDIATELY. i i called a plastic surgeon in a panic and asked if an ENT doc operates on my 6 year old versus a plastic surgeon and she said ‘no we don’t recommend that, who is it?’. when i told her dr landis, she changed her mind, she said ‘oh if that was my kid i would choose him’ (and she works for a plastic surgeon not for Dr. Landis). she was right my daughter’s face is on straight. and He has a great down to earth non condescending personality, was great. much thanks to dr landis for fixing my pretty baby girl’s nose! i was terrified and it could not have gone better. A+

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Landes or Charlottesville ENT. They took such great care of my husband. The time was taken to thoroughly address every question and concern we had.

Dr Landes has a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and he was respectful, experienced, had a good sense of humor, and was very kind. He explained things very well and spent as much time as I needed. I would definitely refer friends to him and to his practice as well!

The front staff were very pleasant and helpful! The appointment was at the end of the day and Dr. Landes was very easy to talk to and did not rush. He explained everything clearly and and kindly. I would highly recommend him and will be returning for any ENT needs.
