I can't imagine a more brilliant or helpful doctor. He was wonderful at explaining technical things in an easy-to-understand format.

I was referred to Dr. Daniel Strand for a follow-up due to the discovery of a prominent Ampulla. Dr. Strand and his team could not possibly have been better in all aspects of medical care. I was referred to Dr. Daniel Strand for a follow-up due to the discovery of a prominent Ampulla. Dr. Strand and his team could not possibly have been better in all aspects of medical care. The procedures went like like clock work. Dr Strand explained everything clearly in detail both before and after the procedures. I was dreading the experience but my concerns were a waste of energy. I am now home, writing this 3 hours after discharge and feeling great and being happy to have had Dr. Strand and his team on my team. Please disregard the review posted on this site by an angry person containing negative comments. Those comments were not in any way reflective of my experience. Also know that his colleagues hold him in very high esteem. I found this out after reading the negative comments and checking with my referring doctor and my PCP both of which I totally trust. If the occasion comes up where you are referred to Dr. Strand I believe you will be pleased.

Dr. Strand identified what was wrong with me after multiple doctors and wrong diagnoses. He stayed with me through two months of hospitalizations at two different hospitals and performed two procedures that made me much more comfortable. Ina sea of doctors I didn't have confidence in, Dr. Strand was the one doctor I could rely on and trust implicitly. Astonishingly I met a stranger in the grocery checkout who also feels the same way.

dr strand performed unnecessary surgery on my father, shortening his life and leaving him in the hospital for the remainder of it. dr strand did not pay attention to my father during consultation, and didnt know the answers to may of his questions. dr strand told him the surgery of placing stents was extremely safe and always worked out. however dr strand failed to appraise my father and his suitability for the surgery dr strand will do his surgery on you wether you are strong enough for it or not. he does not care about the actual outcome of the surgery at all. after the surgery caused complications strand was no where to be found. instead he sent med students and residents to try to talk to us. strand is a terrible dr and you should never use him or trust him.

Wonderful Dr. Great explanation of procedure. Very personable and gives you the chance to ask questions about any of the processes involved. Highly recommend.
