Office staff very rude

I this is from my husband: I am most disappointed with the staff. They have no concern for a patient who is facing the possibility of cancer. They are rude and sarcastic. I got a call from them to schedule an appointment to talk to the doctor about making another appointment. This in itself concerned me because if there was some follow up needed because I could have cancer, there seemed to be no urgency from them. I asked to talk to the dr. And they said he would call me. When I did not get a call after 4 days I called back. This time I got another person who informed me that the Dr. does not call back. I explained my problem and was told that I had an appointment in Gainesville. I was pleasantly surprised especially with the location because it was closer to my home. When I arrived I was eventually informed that I was at the wrong office. I called to let them know that I was at the wrong office but I was on my way. They told me that that appointment had come and gone. I am now looking for a new Dr.

I was not a patient of Dr. Pfeffer when I first called his office in distress after an ER visit that diagnosed me with a kidney stone. His professional office staff was able to arrange for him to see me on that day. He ordered a new X-ray and spoke to me about my concerns and diagnosis on that day in person and managed to get me in for surgery 48 hours later. He was very calm and knowledgeable and assured me that he would be able to remove the kidney stone. My surgery was successful as was my follow up visit where he removed my stent and answered my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer and his team.

Dr Pfeffer is one of the most compassionate, caring doctors that I have ever met. From the second you walk in the door, you know you're in good hands. The front office staff is both welcoming and professional, and my time with the doctor was outstanding. I didn't feel like just another patient. He took his time, listened to my concerns, and came up with a care plan that was perfect for my situation and my overall health. Dr Pfeffer was able to identify, treat, and give relief that numerous other doctors either misdiagnosed or weren't able to treat. I cannot recommend Dr Pfeffer enough, and will see him for any future issues that may arise.

I'd like to update my review, Dr Pfeffer and his staff have taken excellent care of my husband as he had a procedure at Fauguier Hospital. His staff has been very nice and helpful during this time. Thanks!

Had a vasectomy here recently and Dr. Pfeffer has some skills! The procedure was quick and painless. Others told me the recovery was going to be rough, but honestly I have barley used the pain meds! It’s more itchy than painful 😀

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case I wanted to share my gratitude with Dr Pheffer and his staff. Went in for a kidney stone which was too large to pass naturally and needed to be removed. I’d not gone to the doctors in 10 years and wasn’t too thrilled about it. I was in pain and they managed to get me in the day after I called! Dr Pheffer is experienced and very knowledgeable. He took the time to talk to me about the diagnosis, my options and even explained the procedures to me. He listened to my concerns and put together a plan. He preformed both procedures I required and I trusted him 100% to do so. His staff is not only well informed and expedient, but also respectful and friendly. Thanks to all of you, I’m doing well and even though my experience was awesome, I hope I don’t ever need to come back 😂!

Dr Pfeffer has been my trusted urologist over many years as we watched my PSA numbers slowly progress. Currently under treatment for enlarged prostrate. He always explained the treatment options in detail so an informed decision could be made.
