Dr Nicole Deal restored my badly broken arm that required a radial head replacement, tendon repair, and a support bar with screws. I was so apprehensive but she put me at ease. My recovery has been great. I am back to using my arm without difficulty. Dr Deal and her entire medical team was wonderful. I was well treated by everyone. I highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Deal by a colleague as being an outstanding hand surgeon after the ulnar nerve in my right hand was damaged. Over the last year I have found Dr. Deal and her entire staff and team to be of the highest order in every aspect of their work, from the pre-surgery, through the surgery, post op, and then their referral for physical therapy following the surgery. I recommend, without reservation, Dr. Deal and her entire team and facility as an outstanding place to go should you have any type of hand injury.

The worst. Impatient. Did not listen. Denied my pain. Showed no compassion. Rude. Judgemental. Arrogant. (S)he even insulted me. Gave no aftercare instructions or follow up appointment. I'm going to find another surgeon ...(s)he might be an excellent surgeon but I have absolutely no faith or confidence to find out. Run.

Dr. Deal is insensitive to patient's pain. If you say you are in pain and she says you are not then she is right and you are wrong. She will not prescribe pain medication to ease a patient's suffering. She just undermines your pain. To me this is barbaric, inhumane and insulting.

Dr. Deal is a WONDERFUL doctor! She is very caring and took the time with me to answer any questions I had. Her bedside manner is great and she made me feel at ease the minute she walked in the room. I had to have an injection for tennis elbow. I was very nervous because I had previously had an injection from another doctor and it was extremely. Dr. Deal handled my anxiety very well and I have to say, the injection she gave me hardly hurt at all - which tells me she knows exactly what she is doing and how to do it. After my visit with her, she personally walked with me to the physical therapy room even though a nurse offered to walk with me. She is truly a caring a compassionate doctor. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!
