I’m not sure Dr. Shen “heard” me when I shared my history and symptoms. He ordered tests and said he would follow-up with me. No follow-up occurred, even when I tried to initiate it.

Dr Shen is a great physician /surgeon. Dr. Shen has great bedside manner. I have severe scoliosis and he has been treating me for many years. His staff is amazing and professional. I would definitely recommend his practice if you have any spinal issues.

Dr Shen is patient and very educated. Dr Shen has a great bedside manor and listens very well to the patient. The nursing staff are great and return your call promptly.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would leave zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere. So far the experience has been horrible. The office staff is uncaring and there has been zero regard for patient pain level.

Dr. Shen did a surgery on me in March 2018...he saved my life. I love this doctor and would recommend him to anyone who needs an awesome neurologist

Fabulous bedside manner, unrushed. Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills. I felt like I was in very good hands and getting the best care available

If I would have known he was gonna leave me in this condition, in pain all the time and not help me control it I never would have went to him. Pins and bolts in my back. He said I would feel better after the operation. I wonder when,its been 3 years now. And I feel worse than when I first went to him. Thx for nothing

I was diagnosed with a rare cancer on my spine called Chordoma he did 3 major surgeries on me within 2 weeks. He is wonderful personable and if you do not understand something he takes his time to sit down with you and explain it. He is very good at what he does. And Thank You Dr. Shen

Dr. Shen is outstanding! My spine was pinching a nerve, & I had pain that severely limited my activities & quality of life. I went into surgery in great pain & woke up with no pain. He called the weekend prior to my surgery to discuss some details. That impressed me! At every appointment, Dr. Shen sits down, explains x-rays, & patiently answers questions. He shows interest in me as a patient & a person, remembering what activities are important to me & making sure I can still do them.
