My appointment was at 9:45 am today. I arrived at 9:37 am. I was never acknowledged by ANY of the staff yet every other patient that came in was greeted. By 10:45 am I was fed up and went to the window only to be told that they were waiting on a room. If this was the case why wasn’t I told this in the maybe 15mins after waiting.

Absolutely love this Doc, and office staff....they are always so sweet and eager to help in any way. They respond quickly to phone calls and avidly work to get you in when you need to be seen.

Dr. Jenkins is a AWESOME doctor. He is one doctor that really listens to all u have to say. And he explains everything in a manner as you can understand. He had a Funny bedside manner. With a joke or two to tell. Which some times just makes you feel more relaxed. But he is Professional all the way. He Really listens. And he takes his time with you. Never in a rush to get you out. Me and my husband just Love Dr. Jenkins. Wish there were more doctor's like him. Thanks Dr Jenkins for all you do.

I have met once so far with Dr. Jeff Jenkins as my new Family Practitioner. He was polite/friendly, professional, attentive, and related well. He explored my apropos medical history and needs (diabetes, several operations, sciatica, nascent inguinal hernia). He spent a good 30 minutes with me on my initial appointment. A short time later, I wrote to him asking for a pain management referral and he was responsive and on point. I would readily recommend him as a G.P. He seems like a good guy.
